Professional viewing as always with Francis at JCP. House comes across much better in photos than on viewing. Upstairs accommodation was good but the ground floor felt cramped and would not suit our way of living

Jacob Roberts at JCP is a reliable agent who gives honest, helpful advice. He's responsive to messages (not everyone is!) and does his utmost to satisfy requests. The team overall - notably including Francis-has been a pleasure to work with this last year.

Sale with JCP went through straightforwardly. House on market in Feb, moved in June (as hoped). Jacob in JCP office in East Oxford did a great job with viewings, especially as he grew up in the area and knows it well. Good sale price agreed with trustworthy buyers. Would recommend.

relation to a rental property that has been under the care of JCP for seven
years. He has also assisted with the clear and clean departure of the
tenants and preparing the house for sale also through JCP. I have valued his
good communication skills, his thorough work, his attention to what is

Overall I was pleased with the experience of selling my late mother's house. The initial process went smoothly. But then two sets of buyers pulled out at the last minute for unknown reasons. It felt like it took a while to get back on track. I was dealing with at least three different agents and communication was unclear. In the end they sorted it out and got the job done.
