It was reassuring to have both a local and independent surveyor to carry out our survey. We received a very thorough and comprehensive survey report containing helpful recommendations to check and remedy minor issues.

We were a little concerned about the time the report took, but when it came, the wait was worth it. Very concise, constructive, clear statements. Photos of good quality and helped with the descriptions of areas not necessarily visible from the ground i.e the roof and gutters. All in all a very useful tool for us to use with our adventure into house renovation. Thank you James, much appreciated and we are very happy with the report.

James gave us a fairly comprehensive report regarding our damp problem. However I would have liked more advice regarding contractors to carry out any remedial work.

The report supplied by James met our requirement to undertake a roof survey of our recently constructed residential dwelling by a RCIS qualified surveyor supported with photographic evidence from a user controlled drone. The report was both meticulous and comprehensive. It identified the probable sources of various suspected issues and also included other potential issues which we had not considered.
