Jane Clayton & Co Avis 

Took them 24 hours to despatch my goods and I am still awaiting them 2 days later. The delivery company UPS are the worlds worst in that I am just getting lie after lie from them, therefore contacted the Customer Service Manager at Jane Clayton who offered no help whatsoever in find out when my goods will be delivered!!
Absolutely appalling customer service from both UPS and Jane Clayton.

Amazing choice of products online, competitive prices and prompt delivery.

The wallpaper we ordered was a really good price, was delivered in very suitable packaging and in no time at all.

Almost perfect. The Lelivere fabric is 5 stars and arrived quickly considering it was coming from France.
Not so happy that when I encountered an issue when placing the order (it was a bank check) I called and started to explain my issue then got cut off... Tried to call back then engaged. I still placed the order.
I had requested samples and they arrived by recorded delivery which was not expected - I thought it was my fabric arriving so had to call to check what was going on.
As before the fabric is 5 stars. Not sure about the C/S though nobody likes being cut off or why samples are via recorded delivery?
I will order again - maybe the being cut off was a glitch and at least now I know samples are recorded delivery.

Samples are easy to order and arrive very quickly. The size of the samples vary but are generally not big enough to see the full pattern. The only other option, at the moment, is to buy a metre of fabric which at over £95.00 a metre is not viable if there is more than one fabric. I have enquired with Jane Clayton to see if there is any other option. I am awaiting their reply.

I only purchased five wallpaper samples which were presented beautifully in a wallet. Received within a couple of days. They were A4 size so you could get a better picture of what the design was like.

I ordered made-to-measure curtains and cushions. Every delivery date given was revised and then missed, despite repeated chasing. The cushions arrived incorrectly made (trimming sewn on the inside instead of the outside, despite clear instructions), and despite several weeks of follow-up I was never provided with return details. I'm still waiting. When the curtains eventually arrived, they contained multiple visible defects, including an undisclosed central seam. These curtains were purchased with button pinch pleat design to add a touch of elegance to a room. However, the central seam that runs right down the middle detracts completely from attaining a polished elegant look. I raised this immediately by email and am still waiting for a response. Extremely disappointing for a company positioning itself as premium.

Great service very quick and professional

I’ve used Jane Clayton a number of times, and the curtains and blinds are always beautifully made.

This time, however, I made an error in my order by selecting two waterfall Roman blinds and one stacked blind, all in the same fabric and within the same order. While this was entirely my mistake, I was a little surprised it didn’t flag as unusual at the ordering stage or prompt a quick email to double-check. It would have been a great opportunity for an extra moment of customer service.

I wanted to match some fabric l uesd a few years ago and found it on this web site, great price and quick delivery.
Would buy from here again.

Excellent service, goods received promptly and well packaged.

I've bought various fabrics, samples and bespoke cushions from Jane Clayton and have never been disappointed with service or quality.

Both the samples and then the curtain material that we chose, along with the lining came very promptly.
It was also very useful to be able to select fabric into the favourites list, add it to a project and then email this list.
Lastly the cost of the fabric in sale sale was fantastic.

Easy to order. Helpful advice on the website on measurements. Very happy with the quality - beautiful curtains and fabric. Earlier than expected delivery.

I ordered over the Christmas period so was expecting a rather long delay but actually it arrived in a reasonable time (bearing in mind what our postal system can be like) great quality, can’t complain, well not until I put the wallpaper up but that’s my issue not the company..🙂

placed my order before the stated deadline for Christmas delivery, however the items were not delivered as expected.

On 17 December, I was advised in writing that the company would urgently confirm whether a revised delivery date of 5 January could be met, and that I would receive a written update the following day. That update never came.

Despite follow-ups, there was no confirmation or clear communication. Missing a delivery deadline is frustrating, but the lack of follow-through and failure to provide promised updates is what has been most disappointing.

If there are delays, I would expect clear and timely communication, particularly when customers have ordered within the advertised delivery timeframe. Based on my experience, I would be cautious if delivery timing is important.
