I ordered a headboard for a bed. It was supposed to be delivered at the beginning of December. It’s now 23rd Dec. I’ve just called and was told it would bre despatched in the first week of January.
The lady I spoke to said that they normally let people know when there’s a delay. Apparently they fell behind in the department that makes them. They made the decision on 16th Dec and should have let me know, but didn’t. Which left us no time to make other arrangements.

Quality products! Fast delivery! However, and this has happened to me twice before, outlet fabric ordered wasn't available despite being shown as available on the website. Still waiting for refund! Very annoying. But will use JC & Co again. Please sort this issue!

The delivery never arrived and I was informed that it was left in a post office a 2.5 hour round trip away.

Made numerous calls to head office in the first instance about measuring requirement. Took 2 weeks to return calls .Ordered wallpaper in October and it finally arrived last week, December, not acceptable .I think everyone works from home !

I saw this carpet online and searching for a good place to buy it. Found Jane Clayton had lots of good reviews. So ordered it over Black Friday deal. It was busy time but the company kept me updated with delivery date and time. Delivery was super prompt and the carpet wrapped so well when it arrived. Such nice quality, thick and timeless neutral colour. It was exactly what I was looking for. it only needs a couple of days to sit flat and I love it so much, highly recommended. :) Will return when I need more home decorations.

Easy website and great to get free samples as need to see and feel fabric.

I actually only orderd a sample of wallpaper which I found to be different and attractive. It came quickly and it's good to see how it might look on the wall if chosen and choose paint colours, fabrics etc.

I ordered a fabric and when it arrived the colour, texture and pattern looked completely different. When I emailed them to return the product they said that I should have ordered a sample and that they don't offer refunds. I understand this policy for slight differences but this is a totally different fabric. Blaming the consumer feels totally inappropriate when the image misrepresents the product.

I need to return wallpaper as we bought two just in case.

I have emailed without any response.
The package doesn't come with any paperwork that you can use to return any items not wanted or needed.
This makes the return a longer process and impacts upon your time!

I have emailed but no response. Emailed again today hopefully hear any response or reply that would be good customer service.
I wouldn't order again from Jane clayton as its not known when you place your order you only have 14 days return and that you have continuously chase them for a response. Also you have to pay the return amount yourself. 000611307
