I was encouraged to think about the subject matter more deeply than I am used to.
The course did not deal with the recent legislature changes which followed the Grenfell fire. Nor did it deal with the new ombudsman for social housing or the new regulator of social housing. But I know a lot more about social housing than I did before I took the course and also have a qualification to add to my CV.

Information was clear and practical.
Presenters were friendly and knowledgeable.
It is wonderful that the course material is yours to keep for general upkeep of your knowledge.

Highly recommend, I paid for course and them my mother passed. They allowed me to do course after it expired without charge. I have used them previously. Amazing customer service and great courses.

It's easy to get your free PDF certificates when you have finished a course and you can link them directly to your LinkedIn profile. I did have a problem getting one certificate but when I contacted Janet's they sorted the problem out straight away.

I enrolled in and completed a fitness course package in 2020, and I was very satisfied with the experience. The courses were well-structured, easy to follow, and packed with valuable information—exactly what I needed to deepen my knowledge in the field.

At the time, I didn’t rush to order the diplomas and transcripts, as I had ongoing access to the online platform where they could be viewed at any time. Recently, I needed the documents in PDF format for a potential job opportunity, and the support team was prompt and courteous. Although it took a little time, everything was resolved efficiently and professionally.

I highly recommend this program to anyone looking for solid training and real support when it truly matters!

I wanted to attend a course titled Autism Awareness Course. I paid $12.51 via EventBrite and not directly through Janets. The course costs $10, but there's taxes. Today, Janets created an account on my behalf, but when I clicked on the link, the course was not present. I kept talking to the chatbot, and they told me to not spend anymore money because I already paid for the course through EventBrite. I reported the organization because I am pissed. I don't want a refund, I just want to start the course and get a certificate.

I bought a few courses from Janet’s and realised a day later I could have paid 10 dollars more and got lifetime access and certificates to all their courses . After a quick phone call to j he sent me a link to upgrade and pay the ten dollars and I now have all the courses. So happy thank you j ❤️

I believe most reviews on here are fake / paid for. I did one course which was barely in readable English and the quality abysmal. I was denied a refund and will be sending evidence to the CPD accreditation and to organisations such as Humble.

I am enjoying the course I am currently busy with. I am not very computer savvy so I have been stuck a few times. Someone always gets back to me and helps me get back on track.
