This training college is good, there customer service is superb, I bought the course from Reeds.com
They quickly reached me and have always responded to my questions and solve any problem I have in the course of my training. Their Teem are on ground to support, good customer service.

They gave me my certificate immediately according to my chioce, they didn’t give me conditions of buying a certificate, but gave me my CPD certificate according to how it was stated on the course advertisement on Reeds .

I advice everyone to checkout their courses and whatever description on course advertisement is what you will be getting, trust me I have tasted and I have gotten all my certificates

Janets is an excellent resource for thousands of courses. Having purchased the Lifetime Membership, I'm happy to be signing up to a variety of courses without any extra charges. User-friendly layout of each course and bite-size modules make it feel achievable.

I loved the course I did on Xero accounting and book-keeping very informative very easy way to do accounts I loved it never used this accounts package before. I loved the exam part too but it is on a timer so beware make sure you understand Xero really well and where everything is or you will fail your exam and the 20 minutes fly by so be quick the assignment is in great length so make sure you understand it well. I loved this course very indepth I loved the man speaking throughout the tutorials made me feel very relaxed listening to him.

This online learning platform is great, so many courses to choose from and the knowledge you gain far out weighs the rest. I've just paid for a Payroll Administrative Course Level 3. So excited to start that.

Exerience was great but Xero course is slightly outdated. Is based on 2020 version of Xero, many ptions looks different. also VAT treshold changed

I have done a few courses with Janets and they are excellent.
Help is always there if you need it.

I enrolled on a security management diploma through reed courses and upon accessing the course on the Janets website, I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

They spoke of weapons a few times and constantly showed pictures of security guards carrying batons and on some occasions even firearms.

This is supposed to be a UK qualification. It is entirely unlawful to carry such weapons in the UK. I have worked in security management before and have a total of 19 years in the security industry and I am currently an instructor for SIA license linked qualifications so it's not that I lack knowledge of the industry. I just wanted a management qualification to add to my CV. I am shocked that such a course is allowed to be taught it could easily land someone in prison.

I reported this to reed courses and received a refund but seriously if you are looking for any kind of security qualification don't go to this company.

I've done quite a few courses now with Janet's it's been easy and self paced.
It's brilliant to be able to learn new skills and so easy to do.
My only downside of these courses is paying for the certificatea in pdf it would be feearto have a pdf free and then I'd happily pay for hard copies

I have done a couple of courses from Janets years ago and recently had to download a PDF of my certificate, Ronnie from the chat had helped me with this, super friendly!! actual human beings behind the chats!

I didn't except much for such a low price. It was better than I expected. Im happy with it.

Cons:
I needed help once but all "heroes "were offline at 11am so not sure what time we suppose to contact them. Never got any answer to my question.

When I choose a course there was information Certificate: YES, no info that it is available ONLY as paid option.

The course I took was indeed insightful. Janets is a great place to learn.

The team is always helpful and polite.
