I don’t understand why you charge for…

I don’t understand why you charge for the goods on sale. Then charge a processing fee to put a very small item in an envelope. plus delivery charge. Won’t be shopping with Japebo again. Plus the item I purchased doesn’t work.

Regarding the processing fee, this applies to very small orders (typically under €10), as the handling costs exceed the value of the product itself. Many customers choose to order slightly more at once to avoid this fee and benefit from better overall value, including free shipping thresholds.

Took over 2 weeks to arrive ordered on…

Took over 2 weeks to arrive ordered on 26/3/26 delivered 8/4/26 . waxguards outer case were dirty as if stored in a shed. Not impressed.

Delivery several days longer than promised. Unit is unreliable.

Delivery several days longer than the promised delivery in two days. Provide more realistic delivery dates please. Also, the unit being purchased (a Signia Pure Portable Charger) appears to be very overpriced for what it is - a very unreliable item. This is the third one we have had to purchase. Previous chargers failed for no apparent reason.

Regarding the delivery, your order was delivered within 2–3 business days. While we always aim for fast delivery, delays can unfortunately occur around holidays such as Easter, and in some cases delivery can take up to 5 business days.

We’re sorry if this did not meet your expectations.

Regarding the Signia charger, we completely understand your frustration. However, we are a retailer of these products and not the manufacturer. If you are experiencing issues with the product, you are of course very welcome to contact us directly - we would be happy to help find a solution for you.
