I ordered a transmission from Jask Auto Parts, and unfortunately, after installation, it was not working properly. I contacted them for a replacement, and they identified that the pump was faulty. They initiated a refund for the pump.

This company is very unprofessional, they will lie to you and this one guy that’s there will act like the supervisor then the mechanic then back to the salesman . Tell you the will provide you with a tracking number and never does . This is a warning to save you time and heart ache . This company is not it !!!!!

We apologize for the experience you described.
Per your request, the order was cancelled prior to the part being shipped. Because your transaction was set up through a Buy Now, Pay Later financing provider, and the part was never shipped, Jask Auto Parts Inc. did not receive funding for this order.
If any service fees were applied by the financing company, those charges would be related to their financing agreement and are separate from Jask Auto Parts, as we did not process payment for the part itself.
That said, we understand how frustrating situations like this can be. While the financing charges are outside of our control, we regret that the overall experience did not meet expectations. This is not the level of service we strive to provide.
If there is anything further we can clarify or assist with, please feel free to contact us directly. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.

I purchased an engine through Jask
I purchased an engine through Jask, the water pump was bad and the valve cover was glued on and had to be replaced costing me :$1700 in parts and labor. Logan was very helpful and friendly. Those parts are not covered by the warranty but he worked with his accounts department to get me a small partial refund. I was very appreciative of his efforts.
