I needed to put my order on hold; the rep let me know that it was too late for this order, but gave detailed directions on how to edit my future orders; super-quick response, accurate info and friendly vibe- great interaction!

I had a couple of my bottles arrive busted open. I contacted Javvy support and they immediately agreed to send me 2 replacements. Very nice and professional and solved my issue super fast. Thank you for the great company service, I love javvy!!!

Working with the company was ok. Straight forward no major issues. The product is horrible. The after taste from one drink has made it so I can only take one drink then the rest is just left over. I have tried more than one flavor thinking maybe I just didnt find my flavor. Ya no. They all have a similar after taste

Every flavor I’ve tried has been great tasting! Loving the refreshers in the afternoon and the protein creamers in my coffee in the morning!

I want to take time to thank Miss Ella for her excellent customer service. In this day and age there are so many companies that appear to have zero customer service, listening skills, getting back with a customer in a timely fashion…all things that I personally hold dear. I love Javvy…their products and now…their customer service. I ordered a few bags and had not even finished what I had when I got a notice they would be sending more. Thanks to Miss Ella everything was taken care of with courtesy, efficiency and in a timely manner. Being a senior…this means so much to me…thank you Miss Ella and Javvy for hiring and training such an incredible staff! If you haven’t tried their products…give them a try…you won’t be disappointed ❤️

We ordered a bag of their coffee to try. It wasn't our taste so we didn't go back to order anything. A month later we saw a pending charge from Javvy. They signed us up for a monthly subscription. We checked the initial order confirmations and nothing indicated a subscription. We logged in and cancelled the subscriptions and reached out to cancel the next shipment. That was a week ago and we haven't heard anything else. We went into the website to see if there was any status, and the act of logging in prompted a message "Thank you for resubscribing". We had to cancel again and have put in a dispute with our card.

Absolute sh*t customer service!
Rescheduled my subscription to skip a month, and they charged me $82.84 and shipped the product anyway. I've been emailing to get this fixed for OVER 2 WEEKS and have gotten nothing but continuous messages that say the same response. One vague reply saying my case was "transferred," then a satisfaction survey, as if it was resolved. It was not and then back to the bot emails.

I have asked REPEATEDLY for a refund and gotten silence. Also NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. This is money charged for a product I explicitly canceled and never received, and nobody at this company seems to care enough to fix it. I don't even think I'm talking to a real person!! If you're considering a subscription here, think again, because getting your money back when they mess up is apparently not a priority for this company.

Had a problem with one of the flavors and wanted a refund Arianne took care of everything and even more than I expected. I have never had customer service in the past anywhere to go out of their way to please a customer like this company did , Beyond pleased

Jade and Clara were both fast to respond to me and helped me fix a problem right away! They had AMAZING customer service. I was so relieved they had such great workers!

My Javy experience has best first rate!! I am loving their products and their service cannot be beat. When I contacted them to let them know that I did not care for 2 of the flavors ordered, they promptly responded to me and are now sending me 2 replacement flavors. Caring about your customers really does matter!!

I bought javvy coffee like a month ago after seeing all the ads about it on tic toc n Facebook decided to buy the smaller bag to try it at target. I’m a every day Starbucks drinker iced mocha so I was very skeptical but I bought it because I needed a change I am diabetic type 2 so I tried it n I was really amazed at the taste I thought it would be chalky but it was just amazing so I traded my Starbucks for javvy since then I lost 12 pounds I’m telling you this is a game changed changed my life my numbers are so good my dr is happy and I’m super happy thank u for saving my life n helping me lose weight n making a great tasting protein coffee. I’m not working for javvy but I’m telling u this is a great coffee n a life changer. Now I need some coupons lol. Because I’m running low also I make mine with milk.

The flavors are delicious and refreshing. I love how fast and easy it is to make. Great for busy moms!

I had a shipping issue with September box never arrived. I reached out to them and the fixed it so quickly. I am so pleased and happy with Javvy 💕 can't wait to try all the wonderful flowers.

This coffee is so creamy & delicious I’m hooked on it please don’t stop making it!

Not impressed. No refunds if you decide you don't want a shipment that hasn't been opened yet. My first order was fine, the second seemed chalky and now I have my third order through subscription and they won't allow me to return it. I hate this product so much. Bring back the consumer protection agency.

I've been signed up for a few months now and I absolutely love Jaavy. I've enjoyed their variety of flavors especially the Dubai Everything has gone smoothly from putting in my orders, shipment and deliveries being on time. I definitely Recommend.

Salted caramel is my favorite and hazelnut mocha is a close second. The protein creamer is delicious to top it off! I look forward to waking up and having my javvy to go since its so easy to make in a snap!
