Awful customer service
Awful customer service. 2 failed attempts and after having to contact them (with promise of call back they never happened after the first failed delivery as they had loaded the wrong item on the van), eventually got delivered with a one man delivery and my husband had to help the driver bring the item upstairs despite having an injured back. Don’t call yourselves 2 man delivery if you’re not.

We completely understand your frustration after two unsuccessful delivery attempts, particularly when the first was due to the wrong item being loaded onto the vehicle and the promised follow-up call did not take place.
We’re also sorry that the final delivery was carried out by one person and that your husband felt he had to assist the driver in bringing the item upstairs, especially given his injured back. We appreciate that this was not the service you were expecting from a two-person delivery. Due to this being a fault on our part, we used a emergency delivery where we only had one driver to do this delivery as we wanted to get this item to you as soon as we can. We apologise that there was only one person.
This is not the experience we want our customers to have, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused. We’ll make sure your feedback is passed to the relevant team so that the circumstances surrounding your delivery can be reviewed.

The worsted company ever seen in uk.
They don’t pick up the phone and if the delivery is failed for that reason you have to pay £35 to book another delivery. Unbelievable.
They also don’t respect the delivery time request. They try to get another fail delivery so you have to pay again. Stay away from them.

For all of our JBS 2- man deliveries, our standard policy is to contact our customers the day before via both a phone call and an email to confirm the delivery date. We only uphold redelivery charges if we have contacted the customer both times we will try for delivery.

Furniture delivery
Aaron deep and under who delivered our furniture were very polite and helpful. They carried the furniture which was heavy, upstairs to the rooms we wanted it and helped to unpack it. They were very professional and helpful which made it stressfree.They arrived on time. I would recommend them.

Poor customer service
Driver called me on a withheld number to tell me only one item had been loaded onto the vehicle. I asked him to call his office as their landline doesn’t work after 5 even though they delivery up till 9pm. I have had no call back from the driver so got no idea if my one item is coming tomorrow or if both items are coming tomorrows
Horrendous customer service especially for an item which costs a lot of money..

Delivery was today and half the package arrived, hopefully the other part that’s missing arrives very shortly.
Otherwise very happy just a shame the two parts didn’t come together as cannot build the table until it does.

Efficient and friendly
The delivery men were great. We got an email on the morning of the delivery giving us a 3hr time slot, then they called to say they were 20mins away and they delivered our furniture efficiently onto our front lawn as requested. Really professional. The only reason I haven’t given 5* is although I received an email to say the company had received the furniture wrapped and ready to deliver it took a further 10days and an email from me on day 11 querying when my delivery was. On day 12 I received a call from the company saying that my phone number was wrong hence the reason for the delay (the lady was calling me on my number?! - just apologise for the delay no lame excuse needed!!) Anyway my “delivery slot” was booked for the next day (today) which was fine for me as I was home but I can imagine that would be difficult for people at work! All in all the 13 days for delivery was ok with me but that wasn’t advertised and as it’s a company I’d never used before having to wait double the time made us a little “antsy”!

Firstly we thank you for your kindness towards our delivery drivers. Our delivery team goes above and beyond for all customers to ensure they are satisfied and as happy as possible.
We would like to apologise for the confusion and delay in your delivery being made. Upon investigation, your number was put incorrectly on our file when we had tried to contact you with delivery dates the number was 'out of service'. We understand how this can be frustrating. We therefore contact the retailers that you purchased from for a updated phone number. This can sometimes cause delays.
However, we do apologise as we do aim to deliver within 3-5 business days for England, Wales and 7-10 days in Scotland once the items have been received into the warehouse.
We hope we can deliver to you again soon, with a better standard and without any problems.

I was woken up at 6:30 am by a phone call that I missed with an unrecognised number, roughly 30 minutes later , just after 7 am I received my parcels with the guys confirming they called ahead. My email confirmation of delivery was between 13:00 - 16:00.
The delivery guys were great in their service, However ,I'm sure you can understand that these times are totally unacceptable and outside of normal working hours.

Perfect delivery company
I had a delivery of a bed by these guys on Tuesday 8th September.
They were fantastic, they were polite and asked if they could come in to put the bed in the hallway, they apologised if they had made any footprints
They were perfect gentlemen and kept to time.
