JCB Tools Avis 900

Really like the product, but a small part of the trolley was broken when I received it, instead of just sending the broken part I was told I’d have to return the whole thing, communication with the customer service people was also poor and frustrating, I ended up repairing it myself.

Turned up in good time and is a brilliant product especially for the money

The machine took a long time to arrive then when it did im having trouble getting spares for it. Gen power Ltd or power spares take literal months im still waiting 2 months on for a part and have now been told it'll be another couple of weeks

Ordered a set of samples to replace our window seals. They were very good quality and a mixed set but unfortunately for our old windows nothing would match and close the gap. But if I need anything in the future I will use this company again

Massively impressed with the Chipper

A great addition to my garden arsenal. We have around 2 acres surrounded by trees and I’ve always struggled with the debris after trimming

After unboxing, I would suggest watching the assembly guide on YouTube by Adrian. Makes the process very simple

Have found the Chipper to be easy to start, use and trundle around the garden

I’ve been a little conservative with the thickness of branches I put through. But it takes up to 3” without any trouble

For the price, it is a revelation. No need to hire one in any more and have the stress of using it for 12 hrs straight!
I can now bring it out, fire it up for a couple of hours and then put it away

The chips it makes are ideal for garden mulch. Some machines I’ve hired can chew rather than chip.

For the price and quality, I really can’t recommend my JCB Chipper enough

The JCB chipper is a great product and in my opinion good value for money.

Very good quality and was delivered quickly

The warranty is not worth the paper it's written on. Machine has a fuel supply problem. They expect the machine drained dismantled and put on a pallet. Assembly is not a five minute job. They will not arrange a local firm to look at it. The customer services do not answer the phone. My advice is don't touch these with a barge pole

Brilliant company to deal with and brilliant toolkit used it for many things now and countless services on 3 different cars and I cannot fault the tools or the customer service was ordered using Klarna so I could split it across 4 payments and I’ve never had a problem since so brilliant tools and brilliant company fast delivery and excellent quality
