I want to specially thank Rjan Steer and Niamh Collins for going above and beyond to resolve a challenge I had. I had paid for a certain size of an item and got a different size. I had already concluded there was no point pursuing it as I did not even know who to contact (I had made the purchase at a 1 day sale activity in a temporary site). I met Rjan who works with the tool unit and he resolved this quickly and shipped me the correct sized tool. Niamh constantly followed up with me. Thank you for making this very easy. I felt live a VIP.

First mitre saw came and obvious there was a fault with the securing stick, wrong size nut, had to return the item so two weeks on and replacement arrived and washers missing on the travel arm But will keep as I need to get job done.

I bought an impact drill, combi drill and multitool from the PRO range and I am very satisfied. They have a very robust construction and seem to be of good quality. Now I will see how long they will last.

Excellent bit of kit. Bought for working on a 50-year-old JCB where every bolt appears to have been tightened by the Incredible Hulk before being left to rust for half a century.

The socket set and torque wrench have both been spot on. Solid, easy to use and exactly what I wanted.

The tools survived. My patience didn't. Very impressed with the quality, fast delivery and I'd happily buy JCB tools again. Highly recommended.

The delivery courier you use were crap i had 3 different times for the same day no phone number on there website worked never order again if you use the same courier

I am so glad I Purchased a Dutch hoe and hand fork from JCB Tools. They are very strong and sturdy and well worth the money I paid for them. Both tools have beautiful wooden handles. Highly recommended.
