This company was the best,they come round when they said,and then they looked at the problem,they where round the next day job done, the tank had gone not holding the pressure no more,they put in a external tank on it,hid it in a kitchen unit,they were so clean they left the place spotless,even had over shoes on,very happy

The team display excellent customer service and went the extra mile to get out to us and fix our heating and hot water issues knowing we had a new baby in the house too. We had two engineers out to assess and carry out some fixes- they worked well together to communicate and share what had been done on the previous visit and worked persistently until our heating and water issues were solved. I contacted J Child to discuss a boiler service and repair of a leaking toilet. A visit to assess the tasks and provide a quote was quickly arranged and follow up visit to complete the service and repair the toilet was equally straightforward. Quotes were all very clear, the work was completed to a high standard and I would have no hesitation in recommending John. Excellent job by a friendly and efficient team.
