Reliable and trustworthy
I've used this organisation several times and it's nice to deal with someone I can trust. They are always punctual, polite, friendly, thorough and cost-effective. I would definitely recommend them.

Prompt, efficient and friendly service
John came at the start of the lockdown promptly to effect a temporary fix to our failed heating system and returned when the lockdown was eased to do a permanent fix. My wife is shielded and at the time of the breakdown it was still very cold, so the initial prompt response was much appreciated. Everything was done to the promised schedule, in a friendly and efficient manner.
