Poor Service
I have a disability which means I can't use the entry pods and need access to the disabled entrance. I have emailed JD Bradford three times to request it and nobody has got back to me. I then emailed JD Gyms general to see if they could help and again nobody has got back to me. It's over two-weeks since I joined and have been unable to go to the gum unless I get the access code.

Hi – Thank you for your review. We think our prices are incredible value. We provide a wide range of equipment so that members have a variety of ways to workout, aswell as our Coventry gym being open 24hours! However, we always appreciate and take on board member feedback.

The sauna is either open for a while or closed for a while I only go because of the sauna and when it’s closed it’s pointless to go

We’re sorry to hear that you feel some of the equipment has not been maintained to the standard expected. Our gym teams do carry out regular checks and work with our maintenance providers to address any issues as quickly and safely as possible.

Facilities are good but no Staff
The gym is all good, but I feel like there isn't any staff around. I came in for the induction and there was nobody in the gym. I waited and rang the bell a couple of times. It took 30min for someone to come around, and he was from another gym, just filling in so he didn't know the layout of the gym. He tried to help and but because he was the only one in he had to interrupt many times.

What made my experience great was the facility are spot on but the toilets are in verry bad condition idiots that use the gym don’t flush toilets my first day I went to the toilets I saw shit all over toilet seat and piss all over toilet they smell really bad iv joined gym after ten years really enjoyed my session just toilets need a cleaner on site 24/7

Women side is in the middle of…
Women side is in the middle of menside.. would have been better for women to have entrance closed to the women side as a lot of women do feel uncomfortable walking infront of lots of men. Not the best facilities. No staff to help.

Staff needs to improve they attitude…
Staff needs to improve they attitude always get threats if I don’t put the weights back I’ll get suspended, sometimes it happens at busy time you forget to put weights back. If I was to get suspended due to forgetting to put weights back I wouldn’t rejoin theys plenty of other gyms to join who wouldn’t have such a silly rule In place. You might as well give me a broom to brush up after if that’s the case.

I enjoy going to the gym
I enjoy going to the gym, it is spacious to do my training I don't get into anyone's space and no one gets in my space. It is also got good lighting I feel relaxed and happy. Thank you.
