Best gym in town.

This gym has to be the busiest in the county - but the worst in cleanliness. A lot of people have complained but nobody listens. They are ready to take the membership money and thats it.

The workers come in late, never a cleaner around.The changing rooms are supposed to be open at 5am but somehow for the last few days in a row - staff coming in late and opening at 6am.
The sauna is always switched on late or never. It was off today as staff were nowhere to be seen.

Come in the early hours of the morning and its like a bombsite. Weights everywhere, rubbish all over the floor. You have to navigate around the rubbish. Bins never emptied, which leads to an unusual smell.

The mens changing rooms have chewing gum all over the floor. It’s a pattern there. The gums have been there for years.

A stanley knife blade was found in the sauna. Nearly cut the lads leg. Would have been a right claim there from jd's.
You need to get a manager that gets things done.

Best for beginners and professionals.

It’s my go to gym I’m a regular here I prefer it over other gyms. Staff and everyone in general is friendly only problem is at times machines are broken and people leave weights out other then that it’s a good gym.

David and fatima are the best worker I’ve ever had in a gym never seen 2 hard working people and loving people I wish there here for ever and never leave I appreciate them so much

I have been a gym member for about a year now and it's very disappointing to see so many machines dated, broken or damaged. There is always plates and dumbells all over the floor but I have noticed recently one of the managers, Fatima, has been making announcements to address members who leave weights and plates around and it's been much better and cleaner when she is on shift. I haven't noticed any other manager making announcements so may be they could be unified.

David is the man what a great staff member and makes the gym a better place love it

Was welcomed by David always kind and puts a smile on your face when you enter the gym a enthusiastic worker and always keeping the gym spirit

Washroom area needs more often cleaning. Members leave empty plastic bottles including empty shampoo, shower gel bottle. If we don't change ourselves.....

Love the sauna but feel little disappointed as there is no classes during morning hours.

The machines keep breaking and they don’t even fix them. 2 very important machines have been broken for about 4 weeks now and nothing. Plus the app used by the gym to allow people in is very very broken. Accidentally forgot your keys before leaving the gym forget entering back same day using your app. You have to wait outside like peasant for a trainer to open the door for you and if you are really unlucky you will do this after 2200 and then you are left begging the incoming gym members to help get your keys because no one opens doors after 2200 all while the gym is 24 hours, so much for that.

I recently joined JD gym Bradford best experience great equipment and friendly staff.

The facilities are great, I always feel comfortable gymming there however I rated one star less as the women’s changing facility is placed downstairs, directly outside the mixed gym so I’d have to change and still walk past the opposite gender revealing my gym clothes which is not what I want to do. The changing room should be situated upstairs with the ladies only gym area

I recently started attending this gym, and I'm so glad I did! My first week has been an amazing experience. The classes are excellent, with knowledgeable and enthusiastic instructors who make each session engaging and fun. The variety of classes offered caters to different fitness levels and interests, which I appreciate.

What really stood out to me, though, was the friendly vibe. The staff and members are welcoming and supportive, making it easy to feel at home. The atmosphere is energetic and motivating, which has definitely helped me stay committed to my fitness goals.

Ladies bathroom are extremely dirty, although marked and signed and cleaned by workers, you will usually find it dirty. Often toilet paper all over floor, changing room walls dirty, showers dirty. The women’s only exercises area is well equipped

Buy another chest fly machine.
David is the best worker.

Brilliant gym with fantastic equipment that had helped my fitness journey more than a great experience plus the staff are so friendly which helps me feel comfortable and confident in the gym. Which is allot better than what I was before joining the gym. My health has improved massively thanks to the gym and staff! 😌

Great customer service. Definitely coming back to get my body right , all thanks to this PT Kai he was great and very understanding.
