Great gym with great PT
I train with Sarah Pickering PT and she is excellent! So knowledgeable on technique and makes you feel very comfortable whilst training! She also pushes you to achieve more than you think you can and the results speak for themselves. I’ve lost 5kg since training with her. JD gym is a really good gym - very spacious with all the equipment needed.

I love coming to JD gyms, it’s a big gym with good equipment and Lovley staff. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic value for money
Fantastic value for money. Masses of gym space, loads of equipment and all well-maintained. The only downside is the ONE cold shower in the men’s changing rooms. Need more than that for sauna users!

Sarah Pickering - PT
Joined JD Gym - Cheltenham because of the amazing PT Sarah Pickering and I have never looked back! I could be having the worst day and by the time I leave that gym after one of Sarah’s sessions, I’m feeling like a million dollars. Cannot recommend her enough and can’t wait to continue this journey with her by my side!

JD Gyms is clean
JD Gyms is clean, big, well equipped and has a huge variety of people attending. Not an intimidating gym in anyway. Sarah Pickering is a fantastic PT, pushes you relentlessly to reach what you are capable of and has a great sense of humour too. Winning combo I’m fitter, healthier and happier as a result.
