JD Gyms - Chesterfield Avis 

A big gym with lots of equipment although things can get busy in the evening. Staff are always visible and approachable. Clean and well presented lockers and showers. Good value.

Brilliant gym with clean facilities and equipment and I find the staff very helpful.

The spinning classes having to queue for between 30-45 mins or you can’t get a bike plus moving all the treadmills and bikes downstairs so machines are now scarce when at busy times not impressed at all and the monthly subscription is now double to make matters worse,,

Great gym great equipment friendly staff and open good hours, i go every day made some good gym buddies, a really great gym this one.

First class gym with excellent variety of classes and training options. Kept really clean and tidy by the housekeeping team and members. The staff are all excellent too always ready to help out if you need a bit of assistance. Special mention must go to Keiron who is always smiling and demonstrates the correct technique for using the equipment and stays with you until you do it correctly.So nice to be greeted on arrival and departure makes you feel that your custom is welcomed.Congratulations to the management team you have nailed it here.

Really enjoy going to JD Gym Chesterfield, really friendly staff who are always happy help with any workout advice. There’s plenty of equipment and the ladies only gym area is great if your conscious of being in the main gym area. The classes are really good too and are suitable for anyone that what’s to give them a go, never any pressure to go too heavy. All in all a great gym 👍🏼

Excellent gym, clean and a real good atmosphere

Large gym with plenty of equipment, I go in the afternoons and it's never too crowded, parking is always available.
Not sure how the classes work but there are plenty of them and a large area to do them in.
The changing rooms are still a bit small but never any problem getting a shower.
Well worth the membership fee

Plenty of hymn room able to do my circuit without hold ups.

Coming back after the ease of restrictions. The Chesterfield gym was chaotic and too busy. Waiting awhile to use equipment.

Groups of people around a single machine/bench, it just wasn't comfortable.

It has gotten a little quieter now, but still can be too busy.

Very clean and the equipment is new and in good condition.

Great Gym - but it's the staff that make it something special! From fantastic PT's to a great manager! Lots of equipment - well cleaned. Really love this gym!

I moved to the gym after lockdown, the gym has much more equipment than my last gym.Staff are supper friendly and always there to help. Plenty of cleaning stations are available and good to see that most members use them. The bit I am shocked about is that no one was wearing g a mask to enter and there were groups of upto 4 working out together and PT's not wearing masks when training.

Really good gym with plenty of equipment. The main downside for me is that the changing rooms are so small. There is roughly enough space for 4 people to get changed which during busy times means it gets very ermmmm cosy.

More variation of spin instructors especially in an evening!

Good atmosphere along with good quality equipment.
