Clean and Friendly staff
Been going to the gym for a while however just recently I have noticed how clean the gym is getting, its great to see the cleaner on the gym floor and in the changing rooms.
Its a great atmosphere staff are really friendly and the music has got much better recently.
Great gym overall would recommend

Well equipped, spacious clean 24 hr gym
Pros: well equipped, has everything I need for strength training and plenty of cardio machines. Air conditioning is on point - much better than a previous 24 hr gym I attended. Changing rooms very spacious and clean. The whole establishment is well lit, feels quite classy.
Cons: not many staff around at all. The benches do not go fully vertical - the maximum inclined is about 75°.

If you are ever struggling to see a member of staff out on the gym floor, please press the green buzzer near the turnstile gates and this will alert someone to come over and assist you further.. You can then address your concerns about our benches with the team in person and allow them to rectify this.

Been a member since it opened fantastic gym, but have recently decided to remove all anti-bac cleaning products from the facilities, really disappointing as gym feels unhygienic and unsafe now.

Was accused of letting my girlfriend into the gym when she clearly had a valid day pass. Avoid Ben Bertrand as he's arrogant and extremely unhelpful.

Lots of machines, good value membership.
Lots of machines to go on, all clean and in good condition.
Only one toilet/shower for the whole gym available after 10pm is not good however.
I have not met any members of staff yet as I arrive after they have left so can’t comment on them.

Hello! Thanks for leaving us some feedback, we appreciate it.
We are a 24-hour gym in Shrewsbury, but due to there being less staff on duty throughout the night, areas which are not covered by CCTV are closed t for the safety of our members (i.e. the main changing rooms and saunas).
We do however leave the accessible changing room open at all times, as well as there being lockers for you to use. If you need to get changed or grab a shower during the night, that option is there for you and you'll have complete privacy in there.

The manager who’s suppose to help doesn’t bother or has a bad attitude unless you’re a young attractive blonde and it’s finally pissed me off enough to put a review. Happens regularly, mates say it happens to them too my mate george said he used to send 🔥 to his ex when they were together. Sort him iut or im going pure gym

Hard to give a 5 star review …
Based on the gym itself it’s great!
But as for a certain member of staff then Not so great .. Personal trainer Ben Bertrand.
Lets this gym down Massively!
Ben is arrogant, comes across as rude, gives dirty looks to myself and fellow gym members.
His customer interaction/service is appalling.
Considering he states that he wants to make the gym enjoyable he doesn't come across like that.
He is intimidating and makes the gym an uncomfortable place to workout in.
I also believe he could possibly be racist.
He was extremely rude to my cousin who wanted to enroll in the gym but later didn't want too enroll as he didn't feel like it was a good place to be when members of staff behave that way.
I get on great with other members of staff at the gym as well as customers, but Ben seems to have an issue. I've done nothing to cause this problem so I'm not sure why he is behaving the way he is. This hasn’t been a one off issue but happened on several occasions where I have attended the gym.

Great gym loads of space troub unfortunately…
Great gym loads of space unfortunately you can’t enter or exit easily there are silly electronic barriers which were installed 3 months ago.
You have to log into their wi fi so you just want to get on but there is always a Que of 5-6 people waiting at the barriers logging off jd gyms wi do then on and you have to do that every time. I have had to do it now for 3 months. Very poor.
