They notified me the item was out of stock after I placed an order. I requested a refund and they sent me the confirmation email for refund but still haven’t received it yet. I won’t recommend this company.

I have tried contacting them over my order for my son's jersey and NOTHING! I am a furious mother trying to give them a chance to send out my package and it is pending. Im not happy whatsoever and I do NOT recommend this website.

Buyer beware! Ive been robbed. They have refused communication. See below. I can say it because I have proof. Jerseyfreak has done it twice. They lost an xmas present and put me off for 3 weeks to get me a refund. Part of my refund was for store credit so I had to purchase again. Now they still havent delivered my follow up order. They truly don't care to make up for their first mistake. The product is literally a couple hundred miles from me but they haven't moved itinerary the last 11 days to the post office to get it the rest of the way. Waiting is a problem when it never stops. Still no first package, still no second package, still no glimpse of Jerseyfreak giving a rats tail about getting the orders completed. What a sucker company praying on old people that can't afford "name brand". I also can't afford giving money expecting a product that never shows. I have all the empty promise emails for proof if you would like. They cannot be trusted!

SCAM!!!! Website is a scam do not order an waste your money

Eigentlich als Weihnachtsgeschenk für den Sohn gedacht haben wir ein Trikot auf jerseyteamss(.)com (= mit zwei "s"!) bestellt. Alle Fotos wirkten wertig, aber das Shirt, dass jetzt ankam ist einfach minderwertig: billiger, dünner Polyester-Stoff, nicht "beflockt" sondern billig folienbedruckt. Höchstens 5 Euro wert, aber keinesfalls 45 Euro. Es ist erbärmlich. Und der Sohnemann entsprechend enttäuscht. Sowas trägt keiner mit Stolz, dafür wird man eher ausgelacht.

Offenbar hat sich die Firma aber tatsächlich die Mühe gemacht, per Bildvergleich auf diese Qualitätsunterschiede hinzuweisen. Dafür muss man etwas nach unten scrollen, wenn man auf der Seite für ein bestimmtes Trikot ist. Mir war das beim Bestellvorgang nicht aufgefallen. Dann hätte ich es gleich gelassen. Jetzt vom Kauf zurückzutreten scheint wenig erfolgsversprechend. Und Kulanz kann man von solchen "Unternehmern" erst recht nicht zu erwarten

IN JEDEM FALL IST EIN HIER BESTELLTES TRIKOT WELTEN VON DEM ENTFERNT, WAS MAN IN DEUTSCHLAND SONST ANGEBOTEN BEKOMMT!!!

Ich bereue es sehr und werde niemals wieder hier einkaufen!

Never received item and never heard back from any of my 4 emails to customer service....of course out the money 🙄

Ordered 2 jersey's for my sons for Christmas gifts on 12/5/2024. Received email saying they had been shipped but as of 12/27/2024, still no jerseys and tracking number shows they are still in Los Angeles. This company is a sham. I wish I had read reviews sooner to save myself the headache and disappointment.

This place is terrible. Ordered 2 kits plus extra shorts and socks. One of the kits was the wrong size and never received the socks and shorts. Impossible to talk with a person. Automated response says they’re very busy and will get back in 48 hours. Never hear from them again. Stay away!!!!!

Beware total scam shirts I ordered XXL and was given large. The material absolute garbage I paid 70€ for this shirt I doubt the materials are worth 20€ BEWARE OF THIS SITE THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Absolute sh!tty company, sending 4 e-mails with not responding to one. The delivery time is a scam, stating 1-2 buisness days but not arriving at all!

Leider geht null Sterne nicht. Ich habe die gleiche Erfahrung als alle anderen. Schlechte Qualität und blöde Ausrede wenn man reklamiert.

They tell me I can‘t return my jersey because it was „made only for me“. Complete nonsense. I just bought a jersey that was offered on their web shop with no extra features. Even after telling them about guidelines and law in the European Union they are not willing to let me return the product. That‘s no bad service, that‘s just straight up illegal.

PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

You are the worst company I have had done business with. Your company sucks.. You response time are the worst I ever seen. You tracking number is untraceable. Your links of your website never works. I will definitely write a review to alert everyone to never buy anything from this unprofessional and probably scam company that you have.

The jersey looks nice. I weigh 175lbs and the medium size fits well, however, the neck is way too big and the material is way too thin.

FAKE ITEMS… will ignore you and then claim return window is closed. Don’t bother ordering from them. You will definitely be disappointed.

All in all don't bother with these guys yes I got right jersey and size but poor quality and only refunded 10% of the total cost.
