Good quality jersey shipping was decent it took just over 2 weeks but I do live in Australia only probably is the size I think if you have a gut I recommend getting a bigger size as the length is generally ok like it doesn’t show my gut when I play it it’s just pretty tight around my waist

I never received my product, and I wosh I would’ve gotten a more helpful description of where my product was going and is. I still hope to get my product at some point, even though I have waited 3 months…

I had an issue with a damaged item and was sent a replacement no questions asked. Prompt clear and concise all round. ⭐⭐⭐

Ordered 2 jerseys, and used the discount. Then ordered 2 more jerseys was told a discount would be applied, didn't and the second batch of jerseys looked totally different than the first I ordered.. So I reached out and no response..

Took almost 2 months and still have not received my jersey yet

I didn't realize it was going to be such a process and take so long to receive my Jersey. It stated allow 10-15 days after order is processed. Order was processed within 2 days but I did not receive it until over a month later. I tried to cancel it within 24 hrs. to obtain a refund because I found one I could get within a week, however policy stated must cancel within 12 hrs. of purchase to get a refund or need to wait until you receive the item to cancel it and get a refund. I didn't realize the Jersey was shipping slow boat from China, then to South Korea, then to Los Angeles, then to North New Jersey and finally to South New Jersey. Tracking was also a process. the tracking app was down most of the time. Was able to view actual tracking process 2 times during the entire process. I finally received my Jersey 42 days after ordering. Entirely too long of a process in my opinion especially when upon ordering it stated to allow 10-15 days after order is processed. Also the quality of the Jersey was no where near the quality of the other Jersey I ordered and received within a week and was half the price. Needless to say I was very disappointed in this long and drawn out process to get a Jersey.

I ordered a XL, and the jersey clearly isn't an XL. The tag says XL, but it is so badly manufactured that it fits like a Medium. I will be sending it back for refund.

Item was fake and not authentic. Came from China! No number was printed on back. Should be illegal to advertise to be real but comes from china!

Sizing is way off. I typically wear an XL in a shirt but ordered XXL just to have room in a jersey, but the shirt is way too small. Quality is fine but I am very disappointed because of the size problem. I will be attempting to get a refund - I hope I have no issues with this.

I'm not happy with everything, you want me to voice my opinion where else i haven't got my order, I've tracking my order over and over but all i got is IN TRANSIT it has been a month now since its in TRANSIT, i will never buy at jerseyteam ever again.

I have ordered on the 24th of last month and I have not received my parcel yet and the tracking number isn't helping much

We really love the shirt. Looks great and the embroidery was quality. The one issue is that it took over 1 month from order to delivery. I had thought I ordered in plenty of time for my wife to receive this as a birthday present, but it came 4 days late.
