I’m really disappointed with my experience with Jessica by Bee.

I ordered the Elure dress for £39.95. Delivery took 18 days, which I found very disappointing for an online order.

When the dress finally arrived, I was extremely disappointed with it. The dress I received did not look or feel like the dress I was expecting from the photographs on the website. The fit and overall quality were particularly disappointing.

I contacted customer service to request a return and refund. I then discovered that returns have to be sent back to the USA at the customer's own expense. This was not something I realised when placing the order, and given that the dress cost £39.95, paying potentially a significant amount for international tracked postage makes returning it uneconomical.

Customer service offered me a replacement for an additional £11.99, but I don't want another dress – I simply wanted to return the one I received.

I have now been asked to provide photographs so they can assess the issue, which I find frustrating when I am simply trying to return a dress that I am very unhappy with.

I have never experienced this level of difficulty trying to return an online purchase before. I appreciate that I should have checked the returns arrangements more carefully before ordering, but I do feel the international returns requirement should be much more prominent and obvious to UK customers.

Overall, a very disappointing experience from ordering through to trying to resolve the return. I certainly wouldn't order from Jessica by Bee again. AVOID

Slow delivery. If you want to return it has to go to a US site not a UK site. Very quick reponses from customer service, even if it is not the answer you like or expect.
