I ordered 20 sweet cones for my son’s birthday party 2 weeks before they were needed and delivery time was 2-5 days. Had no further updates despite emailing several times. The sweet cones did not arrive. Requested a refund which was eventually processed after several further emails
Really poor communication, would not buy from this company again.

Ordered 4 packs of fudge for 1 day delivery, sent tracker, fudge never arrived, contacted delivery company tracker ref. doesn't exist.contacted Jessica's four times no reply

Outstanding customer service, to me, means that you literally cannot think of a single thing that the company providing the service to you could have done any better. Not just could have done, but done *BETTER*.

I ordered from these a couple of weeks ago I only received part of my order so I immediately contacted sending proof of packaging and items in box. She replied stating this was unacceptable and would resend my items, this was on 5th September I've still not received my missing nor have I had any response since from this company I have now sent emails since 5th September asking for them to look into my issue urgently as I paid in fill This is shocking and I will not buy from them again as I honestly thought they'd sort it for me

Amazing products good prices, and when I had an issue with my order customer service was brilliant and it was rectified very quickly. Prompt delivery. 10/10 would use again

Visited the Worcester branch with my 10 year old granddaughter. I had given her a pound to spend on pick n mix and told her she could only get a couple of sweets for that. I waited outside and she came out in tears saying that the lady had shouted at her and told her she 'had to pay £3.50' for the 6 sweets she had in her bag. I went back into the shop with her and explained she only had a pound to spend and could she have the pounds worth. I was asked if I had a card as I needed to pay it. I said I only had that money and she could either have a pound worth it we'd have to leave it. The rude woman said she would put them in the bin. My granddaughter was very upset and shaken by her disgusting attitude and was scared she was going to get arrested.
What a nasty spiteful woman, not the type of person who should be working in a children's sweet shop.
Vile behaviour

I ordered a lot of items for a birthday I had coming up. I specifically picked them as they assure you on the site it will be dispatched next day and I paid for the premium shipping. 4 days later they still hadn't dispatched and they were not answering emails on one email (I got this one from the shop app) and the email on their website kept sending failed delivery messages. I had no choice to dispute the charge. I'd like to point out I had no idea this was a tiktok shop until after all this happened. I then found them on tiktok and if you go through their comments they match the reviews here. Their responses are rude and dismissive. To be fair, I'm kind of glad this happened after seeing all the reviews of how they taste.

After Evri lost my package I was a bit concerned after reading these reviews. I contacted Jessica’s and explained the situation and that I needed the order by a certain date. They were so helpful and went out of their way to get the replacement to me the very next day. Thank you Jessica’s. My husband was thrilled with his present!

I bought 6kg bag of sweets... They are awful it's like they all seconds and whole bag is same, terrible value for money some of sweets are not edible I'm disappointed with them

Terrible, old, second hand sweets. Can tell they are not fresh. Attitude of the staff even worse. Do not use.

After Evri didn't deliver my package and minimal communication of it's whereabouts I contacted Jessica's Sweets via email letting them know if the situation.

They immediately rectified this issue by resending my order which was tracked and delivered the very next day!
I cannot thank them enough for this service and the kids will have their sweets at the party tomorrow...super happy with Jessica's sweets and highly recommended them..best prices and best customer service. 5* guys WELL DONE !! Keep up the good work 😁

Ordered some sweets for a party on March 8 had nothing come contacted the seller no response stay away from this seller won’t be ordering from this seller

Placed an order but it never arrived, despite contacting these people twice I still have no order, will not buy from these ever again, I wish I'd read other reviews before placing my order, my advice is to stay well clear.

Rancid flavour sweets taste like sour milk.. emailed several times and no response received. My advice would be would steer well clear..buy your sweets elsewhere... Rubbish....

I have brought many with no issues this time however one product was missing this product cost 20 pounds emailed a few times but no response will never purchase from the again there other companies who are much better

Don’t buy, they bther vendors. They seem to think they are the only ones able to sell sweets

Lie after lie about delivery times, customer service non existing, very rude to my Wife. Sweets turn up 7 days late and are very poor quality. We are doing a credit card charge back as seller ignoring us now. Avoid !

Terrible customer service! Rude & never shipped my order as they are selling sweets not in stock!

Orderd 3 x 1kg of sweets for birthday treat, fabulous great sweets fresh and tasty and delivery was 2 days so excellent all round 10 stars.

Ordered sweets, all of which were soft and sticky, not how they should be. Requested a return and replacement but no response from seller. I feel ripped off...
