⚠️ SCAM WARNING – DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

This company may have been reliable many years ago (around 8 years ago, in my experience), but my recent experience has been completely unacceptable.

I placed an order last year and the items were not sent in full. Most importantly, the highest-priced item was never delivered at all.

I contacted customer service multiple times, but I received no response and no refund whatsoever.

There has been no attempt to resolve the issue, no communication, and no accountability.

The product images are also misleading, as the items appear larger and of higher quality than what is actually delivered.

Based on my experience, I strongly warn others: this company cannot be trusted with new orders. There is a real risk of losing your money.

Missing Orders, No Communication, and Financial Losses

JewelryRoom posts a large number of jewelry items every day, but many of them are not actually in stock. After long efforts last summer I finally received a refund, and the company claimed they improved their shipping process. Unfortunately, nothing changed.
From multiple paid orders they only ship the first one, and the rest simply never arrive. They do not respond to emails for months, and communication is practically impossible.
Link, the company that is supposed to protect customers’ money, has also been completely ineffective. They only delay the process without providing real help.I placed three orders in November, each containing two gold items (six pieces total). Although the system marked them as “shipped,” none of these items were ever delivered, and one order was never shipped at all. I received no tracking numbers and no updates from the company.
I tried contacting JewelryRoom through every available channel, but received no meaningful response for months, which made the situation even more concerning.
Based on my experience, I encountered missing orders, no communication, unreliable shipping information, and no resolution offered. I’m sharing this to help other customers make informed decisions and avoid similar issues.

Too good to be true !!!!!!

Well, I am about to write my review on the jewellery I purchased from jewelleryroom.com. I knew it was too good to be true; all of the jewellery I purchased was an absolute rip-off. Their so-called certificate was just an invoice. Do they think we are that stupid! obviously, they do. Do not even consider using this website unless you have money to burn. I am going to get them evaluated just for curiosity, because there are no markings on any of the pieces. I wish I could travel to Honolulu to confront these people. Maybe the Australian television show "A Current Affair" needs to investigate this company and how they are ripping off people. I will get back to you when I have the jewellery evaluated.

I have reported them for fraud

I bought goods from this company and they never arrived. When I chased them up they said they were about to be shipped (4weeks later)… I was not happy with this so they offered a refund which never arrived. When I chased the refund they kept saying it had been done and sent me fake paperwork. I have never received the funds. I emailed them everyday till they put a ban on me, still with no refund. I have reported this company as a scam and for fraud

Don't even bother

Don't even bother, I should have read all the reviews but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Ended up getting sent the wrong item, I noticed they claim it's 10k gold but is sterling Silver! Just don't waste your time, thankfully I purchased via paypal and have opened a case for my money back

UPDATE - Their customer service is trying to force me to keep the item I did not order!!!!

Scammers with fake jewelry

I use this website back in September. I received my shipments after a fairly long wait
And at the end of the day, the opal that I had bought was just a piece of acrylic. It wasn't even a real rock. Same thing with a Tennis bracelet. They said at a $1200 value
It's pretty much worthless, it's costume. Jewelry, same thing with the amethyst that they claimed was 12 and a 1 grams in real was not real. It is also some type of composite also worthless complete sham. Don't waste your Any money?

No customer service whatsoever! This is not an American company like it states. All my packages came from Hong Kong. Shame on you Jeweleryroom!! 😡

Beware of this scam site.
If and when they ship an order it is absolute crap, falls apart on 1st wear.
Other times they dont even bother to ship and ignore all attempts to contact them.
They claim to be a USA site but are based in Hong Kong

Received all three items that I won

Received all three items that I won. GOLD, pffttt! a photo copy of gold is more the result. The three pendants I received could be at the bottom of of a candy box. Totally useless, the gold is so thin that the eyelets are crused and unusable, the face of the panther pendant are also crushed as they looked having been punched by a prize fighter. The jeweller I contacted to see if anything could be done to repair told me a serious NOPE! NEVER will I bid on that site. Hong Kong sellers, nice job! You can only screw me once. Too bad, it used to be a reputable site until it got taken over by one time scammers! $580 Canadian down the hole!

My experience with Jewelry Room has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I ordered items in November as Christmas gifts, but the package I received contained the wrong items entirely. The package was addressed to me, and the tracking number matched the one on my account. However, the items inside were for a charity event in Washington, for someone with the same first name as me.

Hi Hannah, apparently we sent a wrong package to you. The items were for a charity event next week in Washington. If you can help us send it to them immediately, it will be appreciated. Be happy to give you a $150 coupon to spend on our site and of course the postage price.

Adding to the frustration, I paid $60.33 in duties and taxes upon delivery, only to find out the package wasn’t even mine. It was also almost a $200 order. I was then asked to remail the package to the correct recipient, with the promise of reimbursement for postage and a $150 PayPal refund as compensation. While I mailed the package back, it became clear that the company used me to avoid import fees, as the return label created in fedex showed it the label was first made to their address in Hong Kong then deleted and replaced with the Washington address which upon googling was another branch of their website.

After returning their items, the communication stopped entirely. I reached out multiple times to inquire about my actual order, the reimbursement of my $60.33, and the promised $150 coupon, but received no response. It’s been over a month since this ordeal began. I had to escalate the issue through PayPal just to try and recover my money, which I did end up getting the duties and fees back and a bit of the $150 promised.

I inquired again two days ago about my actual order and still have not received a response.

This whole situation has left me feeling scammed and incredibly disappointed, especially during a financially challenging holiday season. I was relying on my order for Christmas gifts, but instead, I’ve been left out of pocket and without the items I purchased.

As well, on the site when I set my max bid I never exceeded $16. However some of the items I won says I bid $26. I wrote this off as a mistake on my end and paid for the items. However after all of this I don’t think it was a mistake on my end.

I wouldn’t recommend shopping with JewelryRoom unless you’re prepared for potential mishandling, lack of communication, (unless they want something) and additional financial stress. This was a terrible experience, and I’ll never shop with them again.

Shipping takes months

I purchased my ring set on January 20th 2024, today is March 7th 2024 and I still have not received my order yet. Very disappointed, I'm not sure what's going on. Will update if things work out.

I have been purchasing items from here…

I have been purchasing items from here for about a year. Once, what I bid on was not received. I received a similar item, which was fine. The issue was resolved. Great customer service and I am please with everything that I have purchased.

I would definitely recommend this website.
