Aaron was polite, friendly and respectful of my property and clearly explained what he would do. He quickly got the job done and as yet, a few hours after he left, I have seen no wasps! Fingers crossed it stays that way, but he also said that I can have upto 2 more visits if necessary. Thank you.

Sean the pest control chap was very professional at what he does checking all possible point as where the mice or rats coming in from and even the loft job well done

Can recommend Billy who came to our house for pest control. He was thorough and explained what he was doing.

I was happy with the original booking process, but then the engineer never followed the instructions to access the property, where he then left without making contact on the number provided.

They then rearranged for him to come back out the same day, but at that point it was too late for him to access the property.

Adam was on time, efficient and pleasant. He explained all the rationale behind the way the company would be dealing with our problem and we look forward to his follow up visits

Aidan came on a second treatment of a wasp nest, he was very professional in how he explained the treatment and how he carried it out, hopefully it will be successful.

Kept me informed as to time of arrival. Was very clear on where the problem was and how to deal with it.

Kieron was incredibly friendly and polite, explained everything he was doing and the whys and wheres. He succesfully found the likely point of entry into the house and advised us on follow-ups. An excellent service and a very nice young man! Thank you.

Plenty of communication for booking and confirmation. I requested a 10 minutes warning of arrival, which was done. Pleasant and confident man arrived with all necessary equipment. Polite regarding neighbours. Guidance given on timescale of effectiveness of treatment.

At last I have found a competent Pest Control Officer to get rid of a wasp nest that has been with me for nearly a month.
Graham came along with clothing protection, a plan and hopefully this will sort my problem out.
