So far it has been abysmal
So far it has been abysmal - I had a brilliant assessor and signed up for a 12 month contract. However since then I have not had a visit from a technician despite chasing a lot and being told my requirements were being “escalated”. It’s been four weeks now and yesterday I finally got a call from someone who blamed the call centre and the assessor who have from my perspective been the ones who have really tried to help. Anyway he said he would get a technician for me but still nothing. I am deeply unimpressed.

Did a great job with care and understanding. Infestation cleared after treatment, Josh did a thorough cleaning, returned after a week just to make sure, also disinfected.
