Wayne, our regular Engineer, is always extremely helpful and gives a verbal update at the end of each visit to site.

We receive a good detailed report of the assessment and work that has been carried out.

Adam turned up on time at each visit, explained fully the actions that would need to be taken and the timescales involved which enabled me to ensure I was able to be on site to facilitate access to the location. Adam was very thorough in his work, worked cleanly and removed all rubbish etc at each visit. A job well done and confident the issue is now resolved.

Matt C, who was assigned to our family, was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly patient, friendly and professional, and took the time to answer every question we had, no matter how small.

He carried out a really thorough job and went above and beyond to help us in every way possible. He carefully checked the property and made sure that every possible entrance point for pests was properly sealed.

They charged me £550 ti kill a wasp nest in the roof. Just a ladder on to the gutter and a long stick to leave poison on the entry point. About 1 hr in total. The chaps were marvellous, the treatment worked, but the piratical pricing ..... good grief. I have another nest in a different part of the roof and used a local guy at cost of £60.

We had a problem with a wasp nest hiding in the side of our hot tub so I called Rentokil who were very helpful. It took a couple of days to be contacted by the technician, but then he came out very promptly to deal with the situation. He had to visit more than once as the first time didn’t get rid of them. Declan Phelps was our technician and he was brilliant - he was very thorough in his work and communication was brilliant. I would highly recommend both Declan and Rentokil as a company and I would definitely use their services again. The only downside was that he had to return a third time (the next day) to finish the job as the company hadn’t supplied the correct clothing to complete the works and he ended up getting multiple wasp stings.

I was on a schedule - prompt arrival, quick and thorough work... just what I wanted.

The individual (Chris) that came over was very polite, professional engaging and informative. He looked at the wasps nest which was quite high on top of our house and find a way to treat it. He explained the next steps carefully and obviously mentioned that if the job it was not successful and we led wasps in a weeks time that they will come back to resolve the issue

I had excellent service from Philip Baines of the Liverpool branch. Communication from Phil was superb throughout. He always arrived ontime, was very professional and put my very stressed mind at ease. He explained everything that he was doing and was very thorough and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Phil.
