First visit by Alistair from JG Pest Control. Very efficient in terms of explaining the causes of the rat problem and explaining the strategy to get rid of the rodents. Placed baits in various places. Will see over the next week or two if successful. So far so good!

Billy was excellent- great communicator and even though he struggled to open my drains (due to bad pavement building) he managed to keep his cool and opened the drains with huge struggle - he definitely went the extra mile to help.

Information about operative's ETA regularly updated. Polite and friendly operative. Wasp's nest identified as dormant and quickly and efficiently removed.

Steve did the attic, outside drain and full sweep of the house in an organised and efficient manner

Fantastic company made the booking on the Monday for them to come same week Thursday 7 different times changed by them , then to come Friday 5 different times changed by them , then due to come Saturday turned up earlier than arranged ( thought they could get away with no one being in ) completed the job 3 wasp nests in the eves of my property. The chap who dealt with the wasp nests was although very knowledgeable when asked by my wife what might be the cause of the wasp nests his response was shrugged shoulders as he looked around - when my wife asked is there any thing that can be done to prevent further nests in the future in the eves of our property his response was not really.
All information cause and prevention can be easily found with a quick google.
I would definitely be recommending this company but not for their service or staff knowledge

The service seemed a bit expensive however it was efficient and courteous. An email informed me when the specialist would arrive, a further text told me he was on his way and he arrived on time in a discreetly painted van.
Artur was knowledgable and had a pleasant manner. He told me what to expect, donned his hazmat suit and went to war with the wasps!

This is the second visit for a wasps nest in our loft.
They set off a fogging bomb in the loft of our house that has a positive input ventilation system installed. That means that air from the loft is circulated round the house, which is currently uninhabitable.

Trying to speak to an actual person is impossible as all the interactions are AI.

JG Pest Control recently visited our property to inspect for potential sources of rodent ingress. Simon was helpful, informative and thorough throughout. Thank you for the great service, as always!

The lead-up and preparation was a little confusing, with conflicting information and different prep sheets, which made the process quite stressful.

However, Jason was fantastic! He clearly explained the process, reassured us that our preparation was up to standard, and made us feel completely at ease leaving our home in his care. He kept us updated throughout, and everything was exactly as expected when we returned.

Jason was professional, friendly and a real credit to the company. Highly recommended!
