Great service and great product. I dealt with Jane and she was brilliant, really smooth process and for my product (engagement ring) I thought it was a brilliant idea to send a replica out as I wasn't sure of the size which was actually wrong but gave me the opportunity to see that and not have to spent any extra cost in getting resized and I had a week to give the correct size before the ring was made
