Jixta Inc. Avis 

I placed an order for a custom neon sign (Invoice #D5026) and paid a 50% deposit ($280.63). After approving the initial mockup, the photos and videos of the finished item sent by their team failed to match the approved design in quality, color, and layout.

When I requested a refund, Jixta refused a full return of my deposit, attempting to force a 30% cancellation fee or a small $50 credit.

Furthermore, their listed business address in Austin, TX (5900 Balcones Dr, Ste 100) actually belongs to a third-party mail forwarding service (Lonestar Registered Agent LLC), which confirmed they have no connection to Jixta's operations. Highly misleading practices—proceed with caution.

Works good very bright

It took some time before I received my sign but when I got it, I see why! This company takes pride in their work and makes sure it is done exactly to the specifications of the customer. My sign was amazing!!

Emily was very helpful throughout our project and was patient with us as we had multiple questions and changes. We received our sign and it is absolutely perfect, exactly as promised. The shipping was also surprisingly quick. Thank you to the entire team at Jixta, give them a try if you’re in the market for a neon sign.

Outstanding quality backdrop for our band. People are wowed by it.

I decided I really would like a neon light that was from a Salvador Dali painting the persistence of memory. So I was able to convert a picture and they were able to make it. it was so much better than I had even hoped. The process was very easy the price was very reasonable and I absolutely love it I have it on every day all day.

Perfect. The design was spot on. The colors I wanted were correct. And the quality was better than expected.

Sign turned out better than expected will be ordering another one

Ordered a sign from Jixta to use on my wall in my home office as a Zoom background. I ordered the outdoor version and stand so I can also take it as a vendor at conferences. The sign is well made and sturdy. Easy to wall mount or display in the stand. It took a little longer to receive than the estimate when ordering, but I'm very happy with it.

I just received my order. I am ecstatic with how my three signs turned out. Myra in customer service was fabulous and very helpful, answered my questions in a timely manner. I placed my order and had my product delivered in less than one week. Also very easy to assemble. I cannot wait to hang them. My dancers are going to love them as well.
