J&J Removals And Storage LTD Avis

From beginning to end the service was fantastic.
From the home visit to assess our needs and the guys who did the removals on the day, everyone was polite, friendly and professional.
I would highly recommend.

This is a top-class removals company. From the initial contact right through to completing our move, the service was excellent. Due to several last-minute complications with our sale, we had to move into rented accommodation at short notice, and J&J quickly arranged two weeks of storage for us. Their prices were very competitive, and the service was extremely professional.

Could not recommend more highly. Very polite, quick and take care when moving you. This is a great company and well worth contacting if you are moving

What an incredible team and service this company provides. From the very start they were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The quote was the most competitive by far, and I got 5 quotes!
Lots of big, heavy and awkward furniture to move and not a single thing damaged.
All the other firms wanted two, some three days to load and unload but this team did everything in one day with ease.

From the moment we first made our enquiry to the final loading and unloading of our luggage, the service was outstanding. George was incredibly polite, prompt in her responses, and exceptionally efficient. Moving house is always an emotional process, and it truly makes a difference when someone not only acknowledges that but also ensures everything runs smoothly, allowing you the space to adjust to such a big life change. Our driver, Bogdan, was equally wonderful—efficient, courteous, and such great company throughout the journey. Thank you for making our move such a smooth and memorable experience!

Great service at a very fair price. The team were really accommodating with my date changes. Team on site were quite professional and managed to fit in most of my stuff. They would have gotten a 5 star but I asked for carpet protection on removal which they said came at a charge- I assumed protection was standard and I ended up with rust damage on parts of the carpet which is now costing me money to remove.

On time very friendly and helpful. Everything put in right at new house. Great value.

Great service today. Turned up on time, no fuss, no damage, very friendly and helpful

What a fantastic bunch of guys. Organised, punctual and so pleasant to deal with. Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend. Every item was handled with great care.

The guys were brilliant from start to finish and were very professional. They wasted no time and the job was done.

Also a shout out to George who through his perserverance got the job. x

J&J Removals And Storage were friendly and professional from start to finish. They quoted and agreed to the job at very short notice and took so much stress out of the day. Nothing was broken and they went out of their way to make sure that everything was placed where we wanted it and that we were 100% happy with their work. I don't usually leave reviews but was so pleased with their service and would definitely recommend
Thank you !

I can genuinely recommend J&J Removals and Storage. They made my sister in laws house move stress-free. They kept in touch before and during the move reassuring us all the way. When they had finished, they walked around the house with us to make sure we were happy with everything, my sister in law changed her mind about the position of her bed, so they turned the bed around to the position she wanted. Nothing was to much trouble for them and they weren't expensive either. If you're moving house, definitely give them a call, you certainly won't be disappointed.

Great service, arrived early very professional pair. Managed to beat me to my new house somehow. Competitive quote too.

I had a great experience with J & J Removals and Storage for my move. They were very efficient in loading the van with all my furniture and boxes and unloading it on the other side. The team was very careful with handling everything. The communication before and during the move was also very good. To top it up, the team was very friendly! I highly recommend J & J Removals for any move, I for sure will be using them again for future moves!

Excellent service, very prompt and made our move very easy, would highly recommend
