I ended up getting a job independently of JobStep. Terribly nice folks, I can't say they got me great results, but that isn't necessarily their fault.

The whole process was so helpful and amazing! Eleanor was great to work with and I was so happy with the work they did. I would definitely work with them again in the future. I didn't get a lot of interviews, but I believe there are multiple factors that went into that and I wouldn't put it all on JobStep. It was also a pilot program and they are still learning and adjusting to make it the best experience for all, which I fully believe they have and will do! They stand by their service as well and gave me a refund for all promised interviews that I did not receive. I believe that's the mark of a company that truly cares and wants you to succeed.
I also learned so much about how to market myself as a career changer in the professional world. I believe that this experience was invaluable.If you are someone who doesn't know how to market your skills, doesn't have a lot of time to apply to jobs, or just wants some extra help, JobStep is definitely worth it!

Amazing Experience
I was at risk of being deported if I didn't find a job. I had been applying and interviewing for 6 months with minimal results. I was referred to Jobstep by an old co-worker, and quickly after I was done with the onboarding questionnaire I had multiple new resumes and interview requests. Because of Jobstep I was able to find a job before my visa became void. It's also one of the best jobs i've ever had, I was able to browse so many companies and refine my search to find the right fit for me. Overall amazing experience!

JobStep has been invaluable in my current job search. They made the process so much easier and stress free. No more hours of applying for jobs online. JobStep does all the heavy lifting for you! Looking for a job on my own resulted in zero interview requests but using JobStep I had 9 interview requests in 4 weeks! I can’t recommend this company more highly.

JobStep made everything easier!
JobStep was invaluable in my job search. They helped me find more jobs than I ever would have been able to find on my own and took a lot of the stress out of job searching so I could really focus on nailing the interviews. They also helped give me confidence to apply to jobs that I would have thought were outside of my skill level - and I got many interviews for these! Overall, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a job.
