Grateful for Coach Christine Allen
I have been working with Coach Christine Allen for several months. In Christine, I feel secure that I have a partner who can help me gain clarity - the most important step in moving forward to create a work-life that I love. Christine is measured and patient, organized and kind. I do a lot of work to help guide our sessions, and Christine shows up ready to listen and pivot with me based on my current needs or goals or thinking. She has also been very flexible to pause when I needed to, and add in extra sessions when an interview was coming up. I appreciate having Christine as a thought partner, resource and guide.

I really enjoy the collaborative nature of the sessions. My coach is Christine Allen. She presents new and relevant ideas for consideration and incorporation into my job search, helping improve both my resume and my LinkedIn profile. The job search framework she introduced really helped me focus on desired employers, versus a more ad hoc effort of submitting applications.

Detailed and worth it!
A bit time consuming, but worth it. I'm currently looking to make a career change and I thought these questions definitely got me thinking deeper. Since I'm looking to make such a radical change, I appreciated the in depth questions. It even gave me mock examples of jobs I aligned with to gauge my interest level and match me up accordingly. I fully plan on using them for career coaching, as well. 5-stars, would 100% recommend.

Waste of time
Waste of time. I spent of bunch of time completing the survey for a FREE report. However, after completing, they ask for payment to see the report. I checked the page and there is not button or option for the free version. A scam and waste of time.

I really appreciated how they included so many careers in their database and the survey showed me a top job that I didn’t even know existed that I think I’d really love! Services are a bit expensive but I’m glad they allowed me to learn about myself a little more!

After 17 years in the retail grocery industry, I was ready to take the next step and transition into a new field. I wanted to put my best foot forward in the job search, and Marlo played a key role in making that happen.
