my opinion about jobtestprep is good…
my opinion about jobtestprep is good but not perfect, here are some bugs in their website. the frame format for Verbal test is not good since every time i had to scroll to see content and that reduced my speed, also the questions inside each seprate package(verbal package,numerical and abstract) they repated exact the same in the examp simulation which was inside the website.

We’ve checked the verbal tests and the frame is working as intended on standard screen sizes. In most cases, extra scrolling happens when the screen resolution or browser zoom is set quite large, so adjusting the zoom or window size usually fixes this.
Regarding the “repeated” questions: a small number of items from our free practice pages are intentionally reused in the simulations and packages. These are meant as a preview or “taste” of the full product, which also includes many additional, unique questions beyond those free samples.
Learn test techniques and calm nerves.
The service was easy to sign up for, easy to use - and the real test was just like the ones I practised.
It was good and interesting to learn how to approach each challenge. Once you recognise the techniques, solving future problems becomes faster. If nothing else, practising the tests helped calm my nerves before taking the real one. And... I got the job!

I bought the NHS GMTS pack for 3 months. Had an issue with my email but the support team came through swiftly. It was an eye opener as my personality test performance had been very poor but now I can say I have improved a great deal after buying the practice test.

Excellent and Reliable
JobTestPrep’s CritiCall practice test program was a game-changer for me during my exam preparation. I can confidently say it’s one of the best and most reliable study resources available for anyone aiming to pass the CritiCall test.
The program is very comprehensive — it covers all the key areas of the actual exam, including data entry, decision making, call summarization, multitasking, and memory recall. What stood out to me most was how realistic the simulations were. The practice tests were so close to the real exam that I actually recognized some very similar questions on test day.
Another thing I appreciated was the variety of test types included. It really prepares you for every possible challenge you might face. The questions are thoughtfully designed, and the explanations after each section help you understand where you went wrong and how to improve.
I also found that the difficulty level of the practice tests was slightly higher than the actual exam — which turned out to be a good thing! I bought an expensive 1-week course for a short prep and it said on their website that the test could be adjusted to the specific company you're applying with. That was not the case for me, I was not able to choose this company. Furthermore, the tests were not particularly similar to the actual test and had little resemblence in both difficulty and format.

I paid $49 for a 5-day service that…
I paid $49 for a 5-day service that stopped working after only 2 days. Despite sending multiple screenshots and contacting support several times, they ignored my issue completely. When I requested a refund for a product that clearly didn’t work, they deleted my account.
Their customer service is absolutely worthless, and they show zero responsibility or care for their customers. I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this company.
