Our Level 3 survey was completed within 10 days of the inspection and included detailed descriptions and clear images, including a drone roof inspection, which allowed us to closely examine the chimney stack and solar panels. The administration was good: the flat survey proceeded in a timely way, inspiring confidence. I took up the option of being phoned personally by the surveyor after I received the survey, as there was one reported issue that I wished to have more information on. I have asked for a hard copy as printing 47 pages is quite a task; I don't know if this is possible yet. If I needed the services of a surveyor again, I would return to this company.
