Fantastic from beginning to end and very thorough report

I had a fantastic experience with Joe Fraser Chartered Surveyors. From the initial inquiry to final report, the team was incredibly professional. They were prompt and their communication was excellent throughout. The survey was completed, and I received the detail report sooner than I anticipated. I was initially hesitant about hiring a chartered surveyor, but Joe Fraser Chartered Surveyors provided exceptional value for money.

All staff I had contact with were very pleasant and helpful and the survey report was received quickly.

Slick process, well priced, and the survey raised all the issues needed in adequate detail without being excessive. They also offer reasonable protection to their clients in the event they do get it wrong by not utilising the standard RICS liability cap (offer much more). Booked quite far in advance (about 1 month) which is reflective of the quality offering.

Very quick service with returning the report, the man who came to do it was very friendly. The booking process was also straight forward and the lady on the phone was very helpful.
My only negative feedback is (and this doesn’t necessarily reflect Joe Fraser as a company); the help to buy valuation just seems like such a rip off generally…the man was here for less than 5 minutes and it cost us £240…
Joe Fraser was actually very competitive for the price compared to other companies so I do definitely recommend them. But the general price for the valuation is crazy expensive
