Great service
Daniel's first visit to treat our lawns. Like all the team who have visited our home, he was polite and interested in ensuring you received a great service. He listenened to any comments you made and gave good feedback on how you were looking after your lawns, when they are not around; or your part of the contract!!! :-)

Sadly I had many of my visits…
Sadly I had many of my visits rearranged at short notice and ended up with season visits (autumn and winter) within 2weeks of each other. They still try and sell extras. After a year my lawn was no better and they charged me £25 to cancel their services. I feel very disappointed and conned.

While we acknowledge the rescheduling of some visits, we made several attempts to organise visits and discuss your concerns with your technician, but unfortunately, we weren’t able to connect with you. Communication is key to achieving the best results, and we regret that this impacted your experience.
Regarding the timing of seasonal visits, this can occasionally occur due to unforeseen scheduling challenges, and we’re working to improve this in the future. As for the cancellation fee, this is outlined in our terms to cover administrative costs, but we understand it can feel frustrating, especially when expectations aren’t met.
Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you'd like to discuss this further.

We've been with Joe's for over 18 months, having changed from another well known franchise, and glad we did. Lawn much improved, service excellent (our man is Mark, very helpful and knowledgeable). Well done Joe's!

Had the lawn sprayed with Acelepryn
Had the lawn sprayed with Acelepryn, booking and ongoing communications was superb, the appointment was a 1hour window, not one of these wait in all day appointments.
The lawn technician, Harry, turned up within the appointment slot, explained what he was going to do and lawn aftercare.
I have made this an annual activity and have no reservations recommending Joe's Lawn Care.

Service is great
Started using Joes this year as I was disappointed with the previous company. So far so good. Gave me plenty of tips when they came to price up. They didn't even know if I was going to employ them when they gave me the tips. Cant fault the service and the quick responses to e-mails.

Highly recommended
First full year using Joes lawn care and my lawns look amazing. All I have to do is mow. Used to spend a lot of time and money keeping the lawns looking good now with regular visits from Joes team I can stand back and enjoy, and over the year the cost is no more than I would have spent using diy feeds etc from garden centre. Cancelled appointment
I purchased the annual package in July, on the second visit in October the technician came and told us the lawn was too wet to carry out any treatment and won’t be visiting until the spring.
Confused, I phoned to ask if that could be rescheduled I was told that as they were too fully booked to reschedule and (abruptly) that they can’t control the weather that it will be frosty soon so will be too late -of course I understand we can’t control the weather, but not to reschedule when the weather is due to be mild for weeks?!
Just very frustrating that I have paid for a annual package and it will be 8/9months between a treatment

Off to a good start
Jenna's first visit entailed the application of weed killer and lawn fertiliser. Their choice of materials certainly works as the results were visible within a few days including a greener looking lawn. Her second visit was for more weed killer, a winter feed and a complimentary dressing of moss killer. A pleasing start to my annual programme.

Superb Service
Callum has just finished our Autumn Lawncare Treatment.
His first impression was pretty much - it's going to look terrible if I do it!!
A lot of moss has got into it so he discussed with some colleagues whether it should be deferred till spring.
But between them it was decided to crack on.
So he got out the scarifier and aerator and "ploughed on" so to speak.
He created a mound of rubbish from it but after a top dressing, full overseeding and some topsoil and seed in the barest parts the job was done.
And far from being a ploughed field it actually looks better now than before he started!!
Just need to keep the birds off it now!
Callum was really friendly, hard working and professional and amazingly he even took our recycling wheelie bin to the end of the driveway (saved me running it over his hard work!).
5*s all round!!

It pays to change
We changed our garden contractor to Joe’s this year and the transformation has been remarkable.
Never seen out lawns looking so green and healthy.
These people know what they are doing and care.
