Still excellent!
My lawn is in great condition and looks really good. Many thanks again to technician Mark, who's now treating the lawn and leaves me a report each time.
Just need something to stop the squirrels burying their acorns!

Regarding the squirrels... here are a few things that might help deter them from burying their acorns in your lawn:
Install motion-activated sprinklers: These can surprise and discourage squirrels.
Use squirrel repellent: There are various natural repellents available that can help keep squirrels at bay.

Joe’s lawn care: An excellent company
Joe’s lawn care are a great organisation, they are clearly operating as an efficient team with the overall goal of excellent customer care and great lawns.
Everything is clearly explained, communication regarding appointments is excellent and people turn up when they are supposed to. Questions are quickly answered by the team back in the office.
Our lawn technician, Fenton, is an expert on lawn care. He has, with the help of a scarifier and an application of a feed/weed, transformed our lawns from a rough uncontrolled mess into a lawn that grabs the attention of those passing.
I’m very pleased to have found Joe’s lawn care and recommend them highly

They carry out work with out authorisation and demand payment and legal action
We have been using Joes lawn care to look after our lawn for 1 year, the 1st year we agreed some additional works which we paid for upfront. The second year with my written or verbal consent they carried out further woks which i did not authorise, they have threatened legal action are rude on emails, and do not seem to under or want to under stand the consumer rights act 2004.

Joe’s lawn care offer an excellent service with excellent team members and my lawn is benefitting enormously.
What I particularly like is how tidy the guys are and that they make sure all is left in good order before they leave. The machinery used is cleaned on the lawn so as not to leave a green trail to their van and then any grass debris removed from the lawn. Thank you !

Callum from the Renovation team arrived on time to carry out agreed work, scarification, lawn renovation, seeding, etc. Really nice guy, helpful and very informative. We’re looking forward to having a nice looking lawn.

Really efficient company
Really efficient company, have been kept up to date with all aspects of information from them, when they’ll be visiting, what we should do to prepare grass before they come, the treatments etc that they’ll be doing. Callum came to ours today to perform scarification, aeration, over seeding and apply a soil improver. Callum told me at the beginning of the day what he would be doing and then at the end of the treatments what had been done and gave me details on the aftercare needed and said to contact Joe’s Lawn Care if I had any questions or concerns going forward. Callum was very friendly, informative and extremely hard working!

Absolutely ruined my lawn
Absolutely ruined my lawn! I have used Joes Lawn Care in Groby Leicester for the past couple of years. Since last summer I have paid them regularly to attend to my lawn where they have treated it for moss and weed control. My lawn is now dead. Their response? To offer me a reduced rate to reseed it for me. An absolute joke! Do not use these guys!

Upon reviewing your account and the history of treatments provided to your lawn, it appears that our technicians have consistently recommended renovation work to address the moss issues present. It's important to note that is has been the wettest 18 months on record, which has impacted moss levels across all lawns. We understand that moss can be particularly stubborn, and despite our recommendations, it seems that this necessary step has not been taken.
We would like to clarify that your seeding was offered free of charge, which was to be scheduled with our senior technician, unfortunately you closed your account before we could act.
Please know that we value your feedback and take it seriously. If you would be willing to discuss this matter further and explore the previously discussed solutions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Early Summer Treatment
Early Summer Treatment Emma assessed the lawn as usual and gave 4 appropriate treatments this time. With the wet weather we will be watching to see the moss disappear and if bald patches Joes will make good. Joes have looked after our lawn for 5 years and are on the fill care package and has been excellent to date

Early Summer Feed
Emma called to carry out our Early Summer Feed. She took time out of her busy day to understand the reason why the grass seeds are not germinating at the bottom of the back garden to the level one would expect.
She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as being very pleasant.
