Disgraceful
I ordered from their website and the following day(!) received an email from them saying that they had 'voided my order' because the item I ordered was not in stock. They said (in writing) that they'd refund my money. They have not, to date, done so.
I emailed a complaint via their website. Their reply came through at least 2 days later, and this time they blamed problems with their systems, and again assured me they would refund my money and asked me to wait 3 to 5 business days. I thought that was irritating, but fair enough.
Well, guess what? Still no refund. Reading some of the reviews from people who've gone in to the physical store, I assume this company does actually exist and that they're not scammers, but the online ordering system seems to be so incompetent that it's almost a joke.
Except that it's not funny.
The total lack of professionalism and respect shown by this company to me is unacceptable
To put it plainly, I have been mugged off.
I would advise spending your hard-earned money elsewhere. And I can see I'm not the only one offering this advice!
I'll be contacting the Ombudsman today.

Shame Shame Shame!!!! Shame on a company that hired staff that are ignorant and incompetent!!!! They send me someone else’s items right before my travels. They had the audacity to ask me to return first and show them the proof of return to be able to get my items!!!! All they are good at is a fake apology that is worth less when they are the ones who are in the wrong! I as the customer have to do their job to be able to get what I need. ADVICE: Try to avoid at all costs! Order your products from other places they were a good company in the past but they are the worst place to shop right now! Just have a look at other reviews and you will see! you will see that every single person working there are not interested in anything to do with the customer and they have zero knowledge of the products that they have on the shop floor!
