Very pleased. Promptly sent out on time in a nice mailing carboard box. A new toothpaste for me. Expensive -Ozen-but it does what it says on the tube which is to cut down sensitivity.

I have ordered the stuff but delivery…

I have ordered the stuff but delivery driver dropped somewhere else even i spoke to one of there worker on the phone she admit it’s been dropped to next street workplace i asked them about my parcel but they denied. What’s the point using them if you don’t get item. Very bad experience with them hope so they will sort my problem.

Faulty knee brace

I bought a knee brace from John Bell & Croydon. After using it 6 times the Velcro failed. After contacting the manufacturer who said I needed to deal with the retailer JBC were very indifferent to my complaint but in the end said the only thing they could do is send it back to the manufacturer after telling me they had a 28 day returns policy. I kept telling them this wasn’t a case of me wanting to return it, the product was good it was just faulty however the manageress just kept repeating their 28 day policy. They said they sent it back but the manufacturer said they had a 28 day warranty which I think unlikely. All in all a pretty poor show from an exclusive retailer with a manageress with an extremely brusque manner.

Nasal Douche

Ordering was easy. Delivery prompt. Well done JB&C. However the product is useless. Inadequate instructions in the leaflet, difficult to insert batteries, and once that is achieved, it doesn’t work.

Awful

Awful. They usually tell you a week after ordering with a refund notif that out of stock. They bizarrely use courier's despite not stating this in their terms for the smallest items that would happily go in the post. They're meant to have the royal seal of approval but staff are abrupt service is naff and delivery is appalling. No thank you

Slight tingling and shine

Slight tingling and shine; nothing else. I used to use the Benefit lip plump was was far superior but they do not sell this anymore. I feel what a waste of money as I wanted to treat myself, for once. Lips looked the same. Very disappointed, will not recommend to anyone

Dispatch and delivery took far too…

Dispatch and delivery took far too long. On top of that, turns out one of the items I had ordered was not in stock. I wasn't charged for it, but it baffles me that in this day and age some retail websites still can't display accurate stock figures. It is annoying because I waited a few days just for the dispatch email, only then was I notified of the missing item and had to go to another website to order it which then - you guessed it - took another few days. It is inefficient and waste of time. When you have things like Amazon prime that get it to you the next day. On a positive note, the prices are fairly competitive.
