I’m giving this review Simon and Scot went beyond there work they could have been more helpful as my husband is in the hospital at the moment and they helped me put my doors back and they put my single bed back in the bedroom for us as well two really nice and helpful gentleman thank so much what you did today for me I really appreciate it and thanks again to John Doe for pushing this forward for us so when my husband comes home we have our electric beds which will make it easier for him kind regards Mrs M Solomon

I moved to South Norfolk a few months ago & visited John Doe to find a settee. The staff were very helpful without being pushy & my lovely settee was delivered yesterday by Simon & Scott. Not just delivered though, but assembled in a thoroughly professional & efficient way. They were very polite & a credit to John Doe. Thanks fellas!

You had the dining table we had seen online, on display (essential for a confident purchase). Sales team were helpful, not pushy. We purchased at a convenient time to hit your supplier's delivery schedule so delivery to store was quick. Collection from your warehouse was straightforward.

Mark and Simon fitted a bedroom carpet in our home this week. From the moment of arrival to departure they were professional and friendly. Also the carpet looks amazing! Great job.

Fantastic staff at the shop, very helpful and were keen to make sure I ordered all I needed (no hard sale tactics). The guys who installed the carpet were very polite and friendly doing an absolute great job laying the carpet and completing the work very quickly, even hoovering the carpet when finished, they left the spare piece as requested and took any oddments away with them (their names were Mark and Simon E). Huge display of furniture beds etc. Very pleasant staff no push and very helpful. Whole experince was delightful.
