Wow. Simon and Scott truly are the best delivery men I’ve ever experienced.

They gave me a courtesy call to let me know they’d be to me within the 15 mins which they was. Asked me exactly how and where I wanted it. Was both super quick and efferent but also careful with my new sofa, foot stall and huge love chair!!
They worked great together as a team, was also so kind and actually spoke to you not like to just do their job and go! Loved the football tattoo on one of their calves too!! 😂

They even stuck on protective slides and explained to me that I have swatch patches under the cushions and can use these for lots of different things and not to cut out the fire safety manual as it’s now a law to have them in there which I didn’t know!!!

Honestly, to Simon and Scott Thank you so much!! Will definitely be coming back and recommending you guys because of how easy you made this process !!

The products were excellent. The staff especially the fitters polite and professional. Great team. The only criticism would be the long delay from ordering to actually fitting. I guess they are super busy but a long time.

I have made several purchases from John Doe of Diss and the quality of their furniture, carpets and beds is excellent but also the level of service by everyone in all departments and especially the delivery drivers and fitters who have delivered all my lovely furniture.
Scott and Simon are the nicest and most helpful guys nothing is too much trouble for them and they are so knowledgeable professional and experts in ensuring everything is put together to perfection, can’t praise these guys enough and love John Doe of Diss and you have such great staff… would thoroughly recommend

We have just had a bedroom floor fitted. They were unaware of building regs for an aga flue pipe, and once full payment had been paid by octogenarian husband were poor at responding to issues. At the end of 3 days work we were left with the main bathroom with a door that would not shut let alone lock. Result granny has spent 10 nights on the sofa leaving me with horrendous backache. The bedroom door was also put back on today. 2 threshold strips were fitted without consultation and are an odd colour. I would suggest keeping back a 10% retainer until work is satisfactorily completed. Poor communication and a failure to complete the work in reasonable time scale has given us a poor experience.
The workmen were polite and efficient, admin is poor.

Simon and Scott delivered and installed the bed quickly and professionally and also moved our old bed to another room. They explained how the remote worked and left the place clean. Thank you guys.

I had to order a single bed and bedding to go downstairs ready for my partner to come out of hospital, I ordered the bed with Stewart who told me it would be at the store the following Monday, he arranged for it to be delivered on the Tuesday. The bed was delivered on Tuesday by Simon and Scott who did a terrific job fitting it into the dining room and situated exactly where I wanted it and taking all the packaging away for disposal. A first class act all round.

Our first visit to John Doe. Very impressive showroom with a vast range to explore. Matt Burley could not have been more helpful and we bought some new dining room furniture. We only went to look !!! Will definitely visit again and will recommend our friends to visit also. Colin. (The pianist)
