Friendly, helpful service from everyone involved at John Doe. From Ian in the showroom, through the delivery schedulers to the delivery team, everyone was helpful and friendly.

Simon and Scott delivered and assembled the table with care and cheerfulness.

Simon and Scott delivered my bedroom furniture. They jumped through hoops to make sure they delivered on time. Packaging etc all taken away, furniture assembled etc. Thank you for excellent customer service all round from buying to delivering.

Our new Tempur mattresses were delivered today by Andrew & Simon - excellent service from 2 very polite & considerate men ( they removed their shoes !) and kindly took away the plastic packaging. Very happy customers

Simon and Andrew arrived after giving us a call to say they'd be at ours in 10 minutes. They were both very polite and friendly. They took their shoes off at the door and were very efficient at collecting the old mattress and delivering the new one.
We've used John Doe before for bedroom furniture and are very pleased with the quality of the furniture and the service they provide.
We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Can’t give 5 stars as it’s sofas and chairs that we’ve ordered and they won’t arrive for a few months yet The sales lady Tina I think was very knowledgeable and friendly and there was no pressure to purchase whilst in store , we were left to browse and then when needed we asked for assistance. Was happy to support a local store .

We were served by Katie in store who helped us with choosing the perfect carpet and helping with colour choices too. She organised a measure and a quote was sent out promptly.
Danny came round to measure up, he is always a pleasure to have round and does a fantastic job.
On our first fitting we had Presley, Simon & Alan who were polite and courteous and done a brilliant job fitting the carpet. Unfortunately, we did have a delay as the wrong carpet had been ordered for one of the rooms. However, Katie quickly ordered the correct one and Simon, Josh & Alan were back in the same week to fit it.

I was given reasonable notice of delivery, both Simon and Andrew were friendly, efficient, and quickly assembled the sofa I had bought.

Good quality single wooden bed frames with a middle bar for extra support. Delivered and expertly assembled by the friendly team of Simon and Andrew.

I think this company is doing everything right. From a customer’s point of view having staff that actually work for the company rather than using contractors is considerably the best way to work. Small problems can be dealt with much better and in my experience the connection between your staff and the customer benefits greatly. The delivery arrived on time with a call from your guys to let us know that they were 20 minutes away. Your delivery guys, Simon & Scott were exemplary. They were friendly, professional and efficient processing the delivery and construction of our wardrobes. Very tidy too, something I could learn I guess. It transpired that one of the bedside cabinets was not there so they rang your office and started off the quest for the extra cabinet. You wouldn’t get that from a contractor. I can safely say that the discussions about what we needed that took place in the shop, the ordering, delivery and installation were all completed efficiently, professionally and friendly. I like that and it certainly encourages us to shop at John Doe in the future.
