John Frieda Avis 

Leider überhaupt nicht mehr zufrieden. ich weiß nicht, wie lange ich die Produkte von John Frieda benutzt habe und ich fand sie immer toll. Leider hat sich nicht nur das Design der Verpackung verändert, sondern auch die Qualität der Produkte - aber zum Negativen. Das Violet-Crush Shampoo bringt überhaupt nicht mehr das gewünschte Ergebnis, das Produkt Blond Repair gibt es gar nicht mehr. Ich muss mich leider nach vielen Jahren umorientieren. Sehr schade!

Ich muss sagen , ich habe etliche Jahre die komplette Pflegeserie von John Frieda benutzt, der Duft war einfach genial und die Pflege für Preis Leistung war sehr gut , vor allem die Wunderkur. Vor ca 1,5 Jahren habe ich bemerkt, das die Produkte nicht mehr das an Pflege leisten wie zuvor. Dann kam aufeinmal die Veränderung der Inhaltsstoffe und der Geruch , da war für mich alles vorbei. Meine Haare waren eher strohig, anstatt gepflegt und der alte Duft hatte eine 10 von Sternen verdient , allgemein das ganze Produkt, während ich heute nur noch einen Stern vergeben kann, schade…

Habe am Oberkopf sehr wenig Haare und ich war sehr unglücklich. Wollte schon eine Perücke kaufen. Syoss Produkte brachen nichts.
Seit über einem Jahr, benutze ich John frieda haarpflege Produkte. Seit dem bin ich glücklich. Viel Volumen, wunderbar. Zwar recht teuer, aber es hilft mir.

Been using the old products for many years. Def not the same any more. Changed the fragrance too. Sickly sweet smell now. Having restocked in the new packaging I thought I’d persevere. But no. Goodbye John Frieda.
I’d love to know how many women were consulted in the relaunch/rebrand? I’m thinking none. What a complete waste of money and loss of revenue from people like me who dislike this enough to never buy again

Please bring back old frizz ease conditioner! I have wavy/curly hair and it was my holy grail!! My hair is NOT working with new version ,

This product is horrible really sticky and when applied to the hair you can’t even get a hairbrush through it it makes the hair all tangled too terrible product

Ik heb anti Frizz gebruikt en vond het in het begin heel fijn . Het ruikt alleen wel een beetje chemish. Nu heb ik ook jeuk op mijn hoofd dus ik denk dat ik voor het eerst allergisch ben voor dit product.

I've been using JF anti-frizz shampoo and conditioner for curly hair for around 15 years. The packing changed a while back, and the formula must have too because this doesn't work at all on my hair any more. It's frizzy, dry, unmangeable - horrible product, I won't buy it any more. Can anyone suggest an alternative? What a crazy kamakaze move on behalf of JF, you've ruined your own product.

I have been using John Frieda hair mousse for about 10yrs. As someone with fine curly hair it was the only product that truly worked for me.
I hate the new formula. It doesn't hold my curls and my hair texture feels horrible.
Please bring back the original formula.

WHY???? Who on earth advised you to do this? Fabulous product did what it said it does..... John Frieda Detox and Repair the best I've ever used..... well some other company is now taking my money, certainly John Frieda is not.

Always loved the old curly mousse, shampoo and conditioner but now new formula is horrendous - causing dry lumps of skin, dandruff type problems and itchy scalp and neck! My hair feels and looks really dry. I have a rash on my neck which is really itchy. Why did you change the ingredients?! Change it back, please!

I have been using John Frieda hairspray for years but this new formula and perfume is horrible. Can they not just leave a good product, which worked perfectly, alone - it is not an improvement

Ich benutze seit Jahren schon das Shampoo,Spülung und Kur.Die Produkte riechen nicht mehr so gut und was mich sehr stört ist der Preis der ist in den letzten Jahren sehr gestiegen.Ich werde die Produkte nicht mehr kaufen

I have been using John Frieda shampoo/conditioner and root boost for at least ten years but the new packaged products are causing me really bad reactions. So bad that I cannot continue with them. The itchiness is awful and my forehead is developing rough patches. Such a shame. It honestly is unbearable.

I have used Frizz Ease shampoo and conditioner for many years. The new formula is not as effective and does not hold the curls as the previous version. Very disappointing and will be buying a different brand in future.

Was soll das denn bitte?!?! Das Volumenhaarspray ist nach Rezepturveränderung grauenhaft! Es macht die Haare strohig, hält nicht, fühlt sich schrecklich an, macht alles kaputt. Das war früher recht gut und ich kann nur beten, dass das Profiller Shampoo nicht die gleiche Prozedur erlitten hat. Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. 10 Euro für die Tonne.

I have been using John Frieda products for many years. Recently there have been some changes in their products and I am looking for other products.
#1. I was using the blow in spray for volume and style,
you changed to a small white container called
ULTRA FILLER. It leaves my hair dry and brittle.
#2. Volume Lift Hair Spray turns my hair to straw.
#3. Volume Conditioner does not do the job is used
to do. I am using it with extra conditioner that
comes with my hair colour. I never had to do this
before.

I just spent over 6 weeks with hives all over my body after using the new formula. I have incurred debt with several doctors, taken all kinds of allergy drugs, taken hours of several doctors' time and money just to find out it was my hair dye. This experience has put me off all hair dyes. Three different doctors, antibiotics, allergy meds before I discovered this site. I dye my hair in the shower and got hair dye in every nook and cranny. It was maddening. Scarred parts of my body by scratching myself. Give me the old dye back!!

So disappointed in John Frieda products change of formula.
I have used them for many years and all of all sudden they don’t work and smell like cheap perfume!
Haven’t to find another brand now!

I have been using John Frieda Dream curls frizz ease for some years now. But recently they have changed the packaging and I suspect the ingredients. It does not perform like it use to. Infact I shall not be buying any more. Very disappointed with the product. Absolute rubbish.
