My experience with this company has been exceptional from start to finish.

I have had beautiful sash windows fitted on my property and can't thank the installers and the rest of the team enough.

Highly recommend!

My first phase fit was great. Two lovely guys. Phase two was OK. Dishonesty from a guy who came out and didn't listen and quoted me incorrectly but was insistent that I was wrong.
Third phase caused damage to property and window but when one guy is expected to fit a whole bay window alone, and is in a hurry to get to another job I guess that's what happens. Constant blocking from meeting with Mr Knight and just overall poor customer service. Job that was to be amended from 1st phase now not done as the 2 excellent fitters who did phase one let go. I would NOT reccomend.

Got in touch for a porch quote and several weeks later they ask me to measure up and take photos snd they will quote from that? Got a professional company who measured and quoted within a week Very unprofessional company to deal with

Im currently in the process of having windows and a door fitted with them. What you think could be done over 2 consecutive days is now on the 4th visit spread across a few weeks. Glass is scratched and other issues need fixing so they will be coming back AGAIN to sort those issues. They say they'll show up on a certain day and certain time and this gets changed with little notice. Currently having a headache for a fairly simple job for experts. Paid through the nose for the product and service and it is not up to scratch.

I couldn't recommend John Knight highly enough. From start to finish all communications were so friendly and professional. The two men who fitted my new patio doors and windows couldn't have been more polite. They were such clean workers and did a perfect job. I'm delighted with the finished work.

Very Poor Customer Service.
We selected John Knight Glass to supply and install our Aluco windows due to what we thought was a good reputation.
The pre-sales service was excellent.
The delivery of most of the windows was in-line with timescales agreed at order stage, apart from a bespoke frame which took several weeks longer than planned.
The installation process took many visits over several weeks to eventually get right. The quality of the installers varied greatly. The Project Manager was rude and unhelpful, and provided no support to his installers. JKG didn't even recognise that they were doing a bad job.
Final nail in the coffin was the Fensa certificate, having not recieved this 10 weeks after the job finished I had to chase myself - they hadn't even applied for it. I wouldn't buy more windows from JKG if my life depended on it. Terrible.

I'm very pleased with the service provided by John Knight. The service was seamless and high quality from the very start - measuring up and quotation, survey, project management and windows and front door being fitted. The installation team worked solidly and nothing was too much trouble. They are highly skilled and deserve praise. Thank you John Knight.

Ordered my new windows via John knights.The sales team were so welcoming and informative.kept in touch with me every step of the way. I am extremely happy with the service I received. A great bunch of friendly people, whom were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

I called into John Knight Glass to discuss a new door, I was met by Julie who took me through colours and we discussed sizes with other members of the team and a price was discussed. I want to say how professional, informative and friendly all the sales team were and I was made to feel very welcome, needless to say I have now ordered my door from them.

Salesman came out to quote for all windows and doors. I was very impressed with his knowledge and the advice he gave. Unfortunately he was taken ill before he could supply the quotation but I didn’t find out until I phoned the office. A week later I had to phone again as still no quote. This time I was told that ‘someone should have picked this up’ and that another salesman would be in touch. 10 days later, nobody has contacted me. Needless to say, I have taken my custom elsewhere!

Brilliant job done by John Knight Glass on our doors and windows - nothing was too much trouble, the guys working on the job were brilliant and a pleasure to have around our home. Workmanship second to none and the finish on the job was superb - would highly recommend. Thanks to the team for such high quality service from start to finish - pretty rare to experience this in current times unfortunately.

This is a firm who in our experience to date provides an excellent product, gives good attention to detail, enhances your ideas and delivers a warm and respectful service in the process.

Carl and Keith fitted our windows and doors and we could not be happier. Nothing was too much trouble and at the end of each day they showed me the progress and asked if I were happy. Excellent service !

Ten years ago we had a disaster of badly fitted windows by a cowboy glazing firm. It ended up in litigation and a two year legal battle - which we won. In the process, we became extremely knowledgable in aluminium double glazing and fitting. Without telling JKG the problems we had previously had, we very carefully chose JKG to replace the faulty windows and they were excellent. The fitting was done too well in excess of BS standards and 110% right. JKG put time and consideration solving a problem with the window manufactures and their commitment was excellent. I categorically recommend JKG. Their ethic and customer care is superb. Just wish we had gone there ten years ago.......

I had a vision slider and a new front supplied and fitted by the team at John Knight Glass. Professional from start to finish, couldn’t ask for anymore. Great job!!

We ordered bi-folds and some other glazing components from John Knight in January.

There customer service and communication is awful.

The office doesn't know or understand what has been ordered or when things are to be installed.

When it came to install the first component the installers were over 2hrs late and didn't have the decency to phone to tell us they were going to be late. They then proceeded to sit in the van for 20mins before starting work.

I'm now awaiting a response from an email about further bits of the installation and plans to stop ingress. 7 days later and I've no response.

Unfortunately, we've paid a 50% deposit so can't change supplier and don't want to wait any longer for the glazing components we have on order.
