John Ryan by Design Ltd Avis

I love my new mattress. From start to finish when ordering this with John Ryan by Design it was a smooth and professional service - a rare thing these days.
The quality of the mattress is first class and I am sure I will sleep well on it for many years to come. I would certainly recommend this company and its fantastic mattresses.

Excellent service from ordering (with advice) and through to delivery.
The bed is very comfortable, the base and headboard just add to my wonderful new bed..
Lots of advice on how to look after my bed too.
Thankyou for a great service and bed.

Top rate service

Delivery was really good and immediately got a good night's sleep, especially as I had sent a mainstream more expensive mattress back after two weeks as it was killing me

Amazing comfy mattress and customer service

Communication and general customer service are excellent. This is the 4th time I have dealt with John Ryan and there customer care is unchanged.
The down sides are, a couple of weeks after spending over£5000 there was a discount on offer. Just bad timing.
The second concern is the mattress rating.
I bought the Artisan Luxury which is the softest in the range. If this is JRs idea of soft, I pity anyone buying a firm mattress.
This is not to criticise the quality but just their idea of soft.

3rd mattress bought from John Ryan By Design. Faultless service and attention to detail every time

The mattress I ordered is very comfortable, and has significantly improved my back pain. I wish I had found them years prior...

Fantastic Company
Customer care good
Delivery service good
And last of all product brilliant.

Understandably when buying something like a mattress, you want to try it rather than buying blindly online but the website was very informative and helped me made my decision. We opted for the Origins Pocket 1500 which is very comfortable, although next time we'll probably go for the range with more natural fibre.

The website is full of helpful information, and once chosen JR staff phone and chat to make sure everything's right for you - which involved changing to a zip and link mattress with different ratings for us.
Delivery couldn't be easier with the mattress unpacked, put on the bed and packaging taken away.
Plus, the mattress is awesome and we're both sleeping far better.

This review covers the service, which was uniformly excellent from start to finish.
It is a rare thing these days to get through to a real human without having to slog through a series of automated questions - and even rarer when that person is as knowledgeable and helpful as everyone at John Ryan. I was guided to the correct mattress for my needs and really felt that was their main concern. Since receiving the bed there have been useful follow ups reminding me of how to care for the mattress.
I should also mention the delivery service was excellent - on time, polite and helpful.

The mattress quality and comfort is amazing, right from the first night - likewise the customer service and delivery.
Our old mattress as still comfortable though aging so we were quite concerned about finding something just as good. We tried simba and some other decent brands, but this was far and away the most supportive and comfortable, and it made us realise the old mattress wasn’t actually as comfortable as we’d thought!
Super happy with the purchase!

Excellent communication and sound advice given by John Ryan before placing my order for a King Size 'zip and link' Artisan 004. Delivery was on time and very well managed. Mattress is superbly comfortable, the division between the two mattresses undetectable in use, and just what I needed in terms of manageability for turning which I have now done for the first time. It was so easy compared to risking life and limb turning my previous King Size mattress. I would thoroughly recommend John Ryan, both it's products and customer service.

Customer service was spot on, and loved the special touch of sending an enclosed invoice with certificate! Super comfy mattress and much better sleep!

Forget Simba, Emma and all these marketing gimmicks. If you’re looking for a comfortable new mattress then look no further than John Ryan. Incredibly helpful from the first phone call, where the sales lady asked me questions and recommended the best mattress for our needs (this was far from the most expensive). We had a small issue with delivery, but testament to John Ryan they took ownership and resolved it which is all you can ask for. Delighted with our purchase and would highly recommend.

Very easy deciding on the right bed and putting an order through. The bed is simply divine! Like being in a 5 star hotel bed while being hugged by 100 angels

I bought from John Ryan because they offer a money back guarantee which is difficult to find on the high street. I ordered a seconds mattress on a Saturday and received a phone call on the Monday to check that the mattress would suit me. The delivery team contacted me a few days later and the mattress was delivered a week later. I can't fault that process.
The mattress itself (Artisan Luxury King) is super comfortable, soft enough for my body to feel cosseted and perfectly supportive so there are no pressure points anywhere from top to toe (I am 5ft 10in and weigh 73kg). Superb service and a top quality mattress. I wouldn't hesitate to order from John Ryan again.

Our second mattress from John Ryan. The delivery men were so polite, careful and efficient and even helped put a mattress protector on the new mattress after it was unpacked - it would have taken me ages if I had had to do it alone ( sort that zips up all the way round). All packaging was taken away with the old mattress. Very pleased with the new mattress.

We’ve bought about 10 mattresses from you now. Every single bed in our home and holiday home now has one from you. Every order process, every delivery, every follow up has been great. And of course we and our guests all sleep very well!
