A dynamic and forward thinking company
Tutor ABC is a student centered company which cares for its students and teachers to create a harmonious and efficient teaching environment. There are plenty of opportunities for teacher development. Lesson plans are pre-prepared but there is flexibility to accommodate for your own style and to adapt to individual student needs. This frees up teachers' time to focus on the actual teaching and to fine tune lessons. Staff support is responsive and supportive and opportunities exist to participate in the wider teacher community. Excellent balance of autonomy, guidance and support. Minimum of 6 hours - usually a full schedule. Must be able to work one day at the weekend. Students are mostly highly motivated.

I'm really happy working here!
I've been with this company since November 2018 and so far it's been a great experience. I love their Oxford curriculum, the flexibility for scheduling and cancellations, and most of the young and adult students are commited and kind so it's a pleasure teaching them. For non-native teachers the pay could be better, but the company is continuosly improving and I'm sure it's something that will be addressed in the future.

Tutor ABC has been very good to me
Tutor ABC has been very good to me! I love this company. It is a job like any other job therefore, you must be professional. You get out of it what you put in it. I have developed relationships with people I would have never met outside this company. It is a wonderful place to work! You have the freedom to set you own schedule with an easy cancellation policy. You also have the opportunity to get raises the more/longer you work!

New Teacher, Amazing Experience

Great job
I have been working for this company for 4 years and I really enjoy it.
