I cannot get a response from the…

I cannot get a response from the Support team to resolve the on-going issues. The doctor was very quick to respond, but the support team is a joke. It has been a month and am unable to move forward with any processes due to the lack of response. This is an employer offered benefit, and they are making a very bad example.

Don’t fall for this scam

The website has you sign up without a consult or explaining the cost of medication and cost of having a consult with the doctor.

I signed up based an influencer raving about the site. I signed up and paid the fee “that includes” medication. After speaking to the doctor he kept telling me the better medication was on a higher cost and that the other might not be effective. I ended up not moving forward with medication since it’s expensive just to end up with “not as effective medication”. I paid $280 for the consult and then they refused to refund the amount paid up front that covered “the medication” that I was never given.

Be aware!! Found has hidden fees

I recently went to the found page and signed up. I was under the impression that they had a plan that was all inclusive, and when I signed up for the $99.00 for 12 months 1188.00 total price for a year, I then found out there was a prescription cost that was not included. I asked them several times if this was the case and never got a response to my question only an email stating they would be happy to answer any questions that I had.. I’m now disputing the charge and cancelled my unused subscription.

Found Health uses deliberate delay…

Found Health uses deliberate delay tactics to continue charging monthly fees before providing any medication, seemingly to run out the clock so customers fall outside the refund window. I paid recurring fees for weeks with no medication delivered, no clear timeline, and constant excuses.

Customer service was unhelpful at best and misleading at worst. Responses were slow, vague, and felt scripted to keep me waiting rather than actually resolving the issue. There was no transparency about delays, no proactive communication, and no accountability.

Charging customers month after month without delivering treatment is unacceptable. The experience felt intentionally designed to avoid refunds rather than support patients. I would strongly caution anyone considering Found Health to read the fine print carefully and be prepared for delays and billing headaches.

I regret signing up and would not recommend this company.

I finally got my money back - thank goodness!

I am relieved to have gotten my money back. I joined with their Black Friday deal, still over $450. I enter all my insurance info and then spent 3 weeks trying to get an appointment with their clinician. The scheduling wouldn’t work in the app, or on my laptop or via the link they sent me. I patiently sent screen shots, and provided what version app and operating system I was using. I finally asked them just to schedule me. They said they would, but never did. They ignored me. I have requested cancellation as they failed to provide ANY service whatsoever. I cannot see how they stay in business. Save your money and go to your own doctor!

**in their response they asked for follow-up, but I never received a link and will NOT post my email on this website. They only seem to care publicly, but not during the 3 weeks I was trying to get help.
One more note: they make it impossible to reach them. They post no phone number, and when you submit a help ticket, they scold you not to reach out to follow up or you’ll will be moved to the back of the line.

By the way, once you join, they connect you with a community. There are all sorts of people in there who are complaining they can’t get help with medications not being delivered, or with doctors not responding, or with not being able to cancel before it automatically renews….you don’t see those reviews on their website, only after you join.

AWFUL customer service

I'm only leaving one star because it's the only option. The customer service is absolutely atrocious, they want to charge you weekly for a physician visit and won't even tell you how much that might cost despite having your insurance information. I deeply regret agreeing to this because I cannot get a refund of my almost $500, despite their site saying if you cannot complete the program you get a refund. This is an absolute racket! My own ignorance is partly to blame, but they are crooks!

Fraudulent company

I joined Found on December 16, 2025 and paid the full cost/fee of $2288 for a full year of medication. As of January 2, 2026 i still have not received any shipments. I joined the "Support Chat" and received no information of shipment or even a shipment date. I've emailed, texted and tried the Chat numerous times to nothing but silence. I've already contacted the BBB and now my credit card company about the fraud. Since they have no actual number like other weight loss programs to talk to actual people, i feel this company is a fraudulent. I feel they basically scam people trying to feel better about themselves with the discounted first year special, then ghost them. Leaving the customer to go through the hurdles with the credit card company.

I'm out $2288 and all I get is auto responses

I subscribed to joinfound December 22, 2025. I paid for a one year subscription, costing $2288(They had a $100 off special). I got a message from their dr. saying that for semaglutide, it would be $100 to $150 more a month on top of the $2288, and that billing would adjust that. Joinfound says all meds are included when you join, so I canceled within 12 hours. I explained I canceled due the information the dr. gave me. They said the meds were included and tried to convince me to rejoin, but honestly I am not sure I trust a dr. who gave wrong info right off the bat. I asked for a full refund, since I canceled within 3 days and there had been no meds prescribed. That is where communication stopped. Now all I get are auto response bots, while I have a $2288 charge on my credit card. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company, although I didn't want to go through that hassle, I feel I have no choice, since it is now 8 days later and I have zero refund and zero communication. I have tried to contact them several times and get the same auto response. So I have forwarded all the information to the credit card company, so they can dispute the charge. I have told them if they just communicate I would drop the dispute, but you seriously cannot get a real person from this company. $2288 is a lot of money for a company to take and just leave you on read. Someone mentioned telling our stories on social media. That is a good idea, because if I had watched a video of someone telling this nightmare experience, I would definitely look elsewhere.

*After 14 days of auto replies, I threatened to get an attorney, and they finally got back with me within 5 minutes and it was a real person. They said my $2288 should be taken off my card in 3 to 10 business days. It was pending credit within 10 minutes. This company has definitely taught me a lesson. It is a shame you have to threaten them with legal action to get them to treat you right.

The only thing Found was frustration

Ongoing non communication issues. All.they have done isship meds as fast as they possible can. The "medical ovesight" is a bad joke and although you would think they would require a monthly medical review with the dr...thwy dont. Found does not control prescription deliveries so youbget regular scheduled deleievries as required. They will ship every week if you don't stop them and trust me...you cant talk to them and they do not repond even remotely in a reasonable time. Just recieved a shipment on 12/21...that i had to delay as it was going to ship 3 weeks earlier than I needed and i was notbhome and I had to reach out to the pharmacy to stop it as I could not get any response from Found...againor rather still. today they sent a refill for the prescription that I recieved on 12/21 THAT LASTS 4 WEEKS AFTER THEY CONFIRMED IN WRITING IT WOULD NOT SHIP UNTIL AFTER 01/24.
Find another provider..
They have more issues than they are worth and do put patients at risk. I left Futurheatlh to try Found (its a little cheaper for out of pocket payers)...I will be running back to Futurhealth as soon as this "memebership" is over. SAVE YOURSELF.go elsewhere.

Scam artists

The pills had no effect. Also, this company owes me at minimum $75 for an unused plan that I never agreed to pay for. They only refunded me $14 when it should have been $89. I tried contacting their customer service NUMEROUS times via chat (they don’t have a phone number, of course), and they took days to respond each time or sometimes didn’t respond at all. In the end, I lost a ton of money ($537 for medications I didn’t fully receive + $89 for a plan they switched me to that I didn’t agree to for). They also don’t email you receipts of anything, and their semaglutide pills are too low of a dose to be effective. This is the most I’ve been scammed in my life. I am so angry.

Awful experiences just like everyone…

Awful experiences just like everyone else. These five star have to be bots because it makes no sense. I purchased a 3 month medication membership, and the first vial came quickly. Since then I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone. My app says that there is a problem with my payment of another $289 but when I reach out to them they confirm I paid 3 months advance.

Everyday it’s another bot person named Karl thanking me for reaching out, letting me know they have a “high volume of tickets” and their response will be delayed. They go days on end without responding. I’m so tired of it. I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. If your medication is out of stock just say that. You not being responsive is NOT THE ANSWER.

I also plan on taking to social media about this. Which is how they get their business. I suggest anyone else with the 1-star ratings do the same so we can weed out these paid actors raving about this company.

I’m standing up to mediocrity and fraudulent behavior. NO MORE!

I paid the upfront cost, they never scheduled my provider appointment, did not issue a refund, and its impossible to get in touch with a real human.

They will sneakily charge you a lot of money.

I started with the One-Month Plan, which was a most expensive option to them because I was expecting it to be a one time trial. I told them clearly that the medication wasn’t working for me due to severe side effects (I was prescribed their compound semaglutide) and didn't renewed the medication. Even after I discontinued, and didn't ask for any refill, they still charged me $199 as a “Membership Fee,” and an additional $60 Medication Fee, and refused to refund it even though I contacted them on the same day. Another thing people should know is that when you first book a call, it sounds like it’s included to your pre-paid treatment but afterwards, an unexpected ~$120 consultation charge appears. Monthly consultation is forced to get your med, 6 times for the first 6 months. This seems to be their business model which gets you in with a low price for the medication and then generate recurring fees behind the scenes. This is amazingly shady.

Support to sustainable

I have yo-yo dieted for years. I've tried many different food and exercise trends over the years, but nothing has help drive home change like Found has. Found has been extremely helpful with providing guidance, resources and medical aid. So, I have the assistance I need to get on track and develop good, sustainable eating and activity habits.
