Found essentially created a "policy" that allows them to steal money from customers that have to cancel because of doctors orders, or really any reason that doesn't suit them. I received my first medication and tried to cancel the next day. They said no. And decided for their effort, they should keep ALL of the $2388 I paid them, not even offering a pro rated refund. Just no. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THIEVES.

So far it’s been a great experience, and my care team really seems to care.

The products they sell do not work. They try and drag the process out because the sooner you lose weight the sooner you stop paying membership fees and buying products. I cancelled my membership because everything was so slow and they continued to send me medication. When they send you medication it takes a very long time to ship. After cancelling my membership due to frustration with medications that don't work and the very slow process they still shipped medication. It could not be stopped. It is medication that has to be cold and there was no one at my house for a week to accept it, so it is ruined even if I wanted it. I would never want a cold medication shipped to me without planning for the delivery date. I emailed the company and continue to NOT get a response. Try a local vendor or an online vendor that coordinates shipping if you want this product.

Have had lots of support and resources when I have needed them.

I started using Zeobound at the end of August and noticed changes slowly. My face slimmed first, and now I feel lighter overall. While the scale hasn’t shown a big drop yet, my appetite is under control—I usually have one full meal and light snacks. Loving the progress!

Found has been an amazing experience. I love how they have AI assistant built right in, a health coach that responds fast any time, and a provider who can take care of the weight loss side of health. I am currently on my journey and plan to continue with Found for a long time! Thank you 😁

Everything is going and smoothly. Im a seriously complicated mess with lots of meds when it come to my medical history and found made a way for it all to work out. I trust my doctor and coaches and I’m sticking to the guides I choose to follow. There is a lot of freedom in the program if you want or need. I have recommended foundation to friends and family members along with sharing it with my doctors, physical therapists, and even my chiropractor. I’m going to stick with it. The app runs smoothly, I’ve never even had to restart it.

I started on found after I had a horrible experience with glp1 and I though this clinic was going to be different. I saw more positive than negative and the Dr. was fine, but they never cease to pump you full on a high dosage and since I wanted to loose weight of course I agreed and after my dosage went up o ended up at the hospital fearing for my life and two doctors said I should never been prescribed the drug I was prescribed and the side effects were extremely dangerous. I do not recommend. Please go see an endocrinologist, a specialist or someone serious! Do not risk yourself for weight loss.

I was charged a membership fee. Then a visit fee. Then after weeks of waiting (poor communication) my prescription finally came through. Then the medication fee. Except the dosage was below every recommended starting dose I've researched so I basically paid for b12. Then they wanted another fee for the refill visit. You got hundreds of dollars out of me with nothing to show for it. Avoid Found.

I signed up for found and had reservation. I requested a refund before my consultation but no one replied. I proceeded to explain to the Dr. About my concerns and that I wanted a refund. So I requested a refund. So when I asked and was told I ould not get a refund I kindly said I would go o..with the program because I dont have almost 600 dollars to give away. I've emailed, and left messages within the app with no reply. Im pist to say the least. This started on August 25th to now. I would not recommend found to anyone. There customer service sucks, and they have literally stolen almost 600.00 dollars from me.

UDATE: SEP 2025- I’m writing to share some updates on my experience with Found. Due to recent policy changes and some communication issues, I’m no longer able to recommend them. I strongly suggest you explore other treatment and provider options.

IMO, it appears that the new visit requirements are financially motivated and are increasing the cost for patients. I was recently told that I am required to report meeting with a provider monthly before receiving a one-month refill, and it appears that I will have to do this again each month. I understand when a patient asks to meet or Found requests a check-in every 3-4 months or identifies an issue and wants to meet; this makes sense. However, a requirement to meet monthly to just get your 1x month refill isn’t patient-centered IMO. These are their own policies driven by billing and patient visit numbers IMO, then blaming it on insurance policy requirements. In my case, I contacted my insurance, and their policies don’t align with what Found is stating.

I’ve lost trust in this organization and will be seeking treatment elsewhere.

Found is very professional and has highly qualified providers and coaches. I was very surprised by the level of detail and the time taken through my intake to discuss treatment options and then advise how to best take the medication in the lifestyle changes and diet changes that were necessary, the online coaching team and ability to text the provider at any time are great. Found took care of the pre-authorization with my insurance company and from the moment I first signed up and meeting with the provider within two days. I had the medication covered by my insurance and in my hand three days later with only a small co pay. I know this might be an outlier and had recent lab results already, but it does show the speed, efficiency, no need to duplicate tests, and professionalism of Found and their team of employees. And the results speak for themselves, in less than three months since I started with Found, I have already lost 30 pounds and my overall health has improved significantly. Found was one of the best decision I’ve made in a while.

I’m so great full in finding found. It’s been helpful and still a journey to continue. I’ve seen positive results, for the time being!
