DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
Before I paid 200 00 I called and verified that Zepbound was covered on my insurance. It is, with a pre-auth. Joined Found, took over 3 weeks before I could get video call with the Dr. 30 min call. He subscribe Zepbound, but I said a pre-auth was needed. He said no problem his team would submit that day or the next day. But said it may take 1-3 weeks to get an answer. Both were not true. First they NEVER submitted a pre-auth. And 2, it only takes 24-48 hrs to approve or decline. A week went by I call my insurance, they said NO pre-auth was submitted. And they sent a fax to the Dr. Then I get a message for a nurse saying it wasn't covered, which is a lie. I paid 30.00 for the Dr call. Then they submitted a 335.00 claim for an office visit SEROIUSLY FOR 30 MINUTES!
Never submitted a pre-auth. I emailed support after I ask the nurse for a copy of said pre-auth. Told them I wanted to cancel due staff refused to do what was required. They claim 182.00 will be refunded. Never received the RX. So why CHARGE ME.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I subscribed to found and got my meds and lost some weight. I cancelled my subscription and they terminated my full access on my account but continued and still are charging my account. I cancelled in October 2nd and they charged me on the 22nd and every month since. I have tried to reach out to them about this and no one will answer their phone or emails.

The customer service is the worst
The customer service is the worst. There is no one to speak with. Everything is done via online chat. Messages are canned responses. They never really respond to your issue. The problem I have is that they tend to charge you whenever they feel like it. I am on a limited budget and need to know when the payment is going to be, with no surprises like this month when they decided to take out two payments.
I had a consultation with the Dr. on 12/4/24. I received a bill for that consultation 1/13/25. I authorized the payment. I then noticed 3 days later (1/15/25) that they took out an additional payment. When I inquired about it, they had some canned answer but basically said that it was for my Dr. consult on 1/8/25. Did they even submit that bill to the insurance company? I never received a bill from Found nor did I authorize a payment like I normally do. They are expensive even with insurance and tend to take their money whenever they want with no rime or notification. I also noticed that there is no way to go back and get a transcript of your previous conversations with them. They claim that they sent me a notice regarding a previous issue. Never received and I check my text, emails and the online FOUND site faithfully. Their Doctors are fantastic and the program works, however, the customer service and billing system is very frustrating and disappointing.

They have the worst customer service and are so expensive and if you leave the program and decide to come back later, they literally won't let you sign up. Plus nobody can be reached for customer service. No matter what your issue is, you won't get a response from customer service for days. And each time you do hear from someone, it will be a new person who won't understand your situation.

This is a horrible company! I paid for a program and the provider was worthless and did not speak with me at all. I found the entire experience to be unprofessional and having a hard time getting a refund!!!! Run as fast as you can from this bogus company!!!!!!

Don’t Do It
I find it strange that my account was debited, yet I have not received any communication from my physician. The program doesn't work for me. It's also a downer that you are expected you to just give them money every month, even if you decide the program isn’t working for you. I would not recommend this company. To make matters worse, the link I was given to speak with a counselor kept reading “error.” I am not sure if the Dr. is still around since I haven’t received any communication since he increased my dosage. All of these issues have reported to no avail. Spend your money elsewhere.

They have no customer service, and WILL NOT protect your money if someone gets into your account even if they did not have your mobile device or computer. This platform is not secure. DO NOT USE as they are unresponsive, slow and uncaring if an unauthorized actor gets into your account.
